Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My fiancée and I have lived here for over five years, and we absolutely love the area. Having the Wetlands on our doorstep has been amazing, especially for walks, and one of our favourite spots is Walthamstow Village, where you’ll find brilliant restaurants and pubs for every day of the week. The commute into work on the Victoria line has also been fantastic, with the station only a two-minute walk from the property. It has been a real game changer for getting to and from work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been awesome, very quick turn around with any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have loved a facility to have a BBQ, and because we are right on the edge of the wetlands we do have a-lot of bugs especially in the summer time.

Getting better and better. When we moved here 3 years ago there was nothing around. Now it’s becoming super lively, full of shops. It’s super convenient to have a Tesco right in front of the development too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very promptly! We never had issues. They are great

Great spots, great breweries; on the other hand, hard to move around when Victoria line is not working

They responded to any problem quickly and professionally

It’s right next to a tube station. The travel links are awesome. I have been able to get into central in 10 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt replies to my questions thus far. No major issues.

Area is very quiet. Can be a good or bad thing. Tesco express near the entrance. Very convenient
