Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects are that it has the wetlands at the back and there is a supermarket as well. No objections to the area but if I had to say something I would have to say that there is no highstreet. It is expensive to live here and might get more value for money if I lived closer to central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any maintenance issues since living at Blackhorse Mills.

When I was shown the flat everything was clear on how it works - there isn't anything I didn't know that was relevant to me.

Narrative and Los Hermanos do awesome coffee, Nourished communities have high quality ingredients right next door. Our flat balcony had stunning views of the wetlands - when we could use it Gym is small but well equipped - one staff member is very good and friendly [shoutout Lance!] GREAT transport into central as long as Victoria line is operational

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've had an almost unusable bathroom from the pipes stinking as soon as the weather got warmer - raised 4 maintenance requests and by the 4th they never even showed up - one of the many reasons we aren't staying here. I don't want to smell rotting whilst taking a shower in the morning thanks

Bad management, unnecessarily defensive reception team, swarm of insects in the summer, post room and delivery system clunky and disorganised

Very well connected to everything we need. Everything works well and the gym pool is nice!!! Communal areas are lovely

Very quickly and efficiently. Highly greatly to the management team

Nothing it was all clear. Communication is good from the get go

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is ideal. Near nature and easy accessible with public transportation. Heard it has been unsafe in the evenings for women.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had troubles with mouse infestation and this has not been handled well. We are raising the issue to the ombudsman.

My experience was excellent the first 3 years and hope the service gets better.

We’ve been living here for 7 months now and have had a really great experience. The apartment is comfortable and convenient, the neighbours are friendly, and the management team is excellent — they are always helpful and quick to sort out any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded promptly and professionally to any issues raised. Problems have been addressed efficiently and communication has generally been good.

Everything has been good so far. I am happy with the property and the overall experience.
