Safe and close to the tube station! Good shops and bars / breweries and easy to get into central London

They are prompt an always fix things quickly and to a high standard.

Just a great place to live and we are very pleased we’re here

It’s an amazing place to live with great amenities.3 minutes walk to the station and a bus stop in front of the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They act very quickly and take responsibility to rectifynissues

I was informed about everything before I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve lived here for 5 years now and I absolutely love it! The staff are mostly really friendly and helpful and the facilities are amazing! I’ve always found the landlords really fair too. The gym management are a bit over authoritative unfortunately and the rules around the pool and brining guests are a bit restrictive for a resident gym. However, it’s really well connected and very close to some great local gyms, bars and social spaces. Generally a great place to live!

Ok, some have been dealt with timely and some not at all

The spiders! Altho they seem to have got on top of this now and it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location - close to the tube station (Victoria line), view over the wetlands, very close to breweries and restaurants. Can't be beaten. Very small amount of anti-social behaviour, some phone snatching at the traffic lights nearby but all round fine for London. It's a very community-driven area of London where people are friendly, lots of familes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Typically they have been fairly quick, with some exceptions.

That you need to book the private dining rooms and tennis courts very far in advance!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My fiancée and I have lived here for over five years, and we absolutely love the area. Having the Wetlands on our doorstep has been amazing, especially for walks, and one of our favourite spots is Walthamstow Village, where you’ll find brilliant restaurants and pubs for every day of the week. The commute into work on the Victoria line has also been fantastic, with the station only a two-minute walk from the property. It has been a real game changer for getting to and from work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been awesome, very quick turn around with any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have loved a facility to have a BBQ, and because we are right on the edge of the wetlands we do have a-lot of bugs especially in the summer time.
