Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is super nice, victoria line is a block away, easily walkable to St James st and Walthamstow market. Lots of green spaces very close by. Generally tranquil area, convenient local shops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As mentioned above, they've been poor. Information is hard to get, you need to chase, team seems to be stretched way too thin. There are always excuses for the subpar service provided, from handling furniture requests to vital repairs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The poor quality of the property management team. They seem not to have enough employees to handle resident services, front desk and maintenance. So if you need to rely on them for anything, there's a good chance you will have some nuissance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is a vibrant part of London that’s very well connected to the rest of the city and excellent for commuters. It’s brilliant living in such modern accommodation while being on the edge of the beautiful wetlands. There are fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes comic shop, theatre, cinema and breweries located only a stone’s throw from Blackhorse Mills and there's always something to do right on your door step. No bad aspects as far as I'm concerned I can only recommend.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever there has been any issues the building management has responded quickly and diligently and always sorted things out. Even when I had a washing machine break over the Christmas period I had a replacement the same day. Hardworking and reliable staff. Couldn't ask for more.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area is deceptively quiet and peaceful and I’ve never felt safer than I have here during my eight years of living in London. There is also a main road nearby, but inside the property I rarely hear any of the hustle and bustle, it’s quiet and serene.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area is genuinely a joy, it’s vibrant, convenient, and full of character. The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is fantastic, with everything from independents to well-known favourites right on your doorstep. We’re even lucky enough to have the Walthamstow Theatre nearby, along with several excellent local breweries and a boutique urban winery, all of which give the neighbourhood a real cultural buzz. Open spaces are another huge highlight: the beautiful Walthamstow Wetlands are just a short stroll away, offering peaceful walking routes, wildlife spotting and a real escape from the city without ever leaving it. Transport links couldn’t be better, the Victoria Line is only a two-minute walk away, and it’s one of the quickest, most reliable lines in London, making commuting or heading into town incredibly easy. Overall, it’s a wonderfully convenient, lively and welcoming place to live, and I would 100% recommend living here!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is fantastic, everything is handled quickly and efficiently, and any minor wear-and-tear issues that naturally come up are always resolved promptly, so living here has been virtually hassle-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is how incredible it is to have the Walthamstow Wetlands so close by. Having such a beautiful, peaceful nature reserve within walking distance adds so much to daily life. I love having stunning walks, wildlife and open space right on my doorstep.
