Great location...close to all necessities including shopping, restaurants and parks. Reading Station is a 2 minute walk as is my office!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been excellent. There were issues with parking that were immediately handled!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing I can think of to be honest. I spent a lot of time looking in the area.

Great location area as everything is on your door step; with sainsbury around the corner, train station two minutes walk, restaurants and shopping center just a few steps away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes every time I need something to be fixed they are always quick.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say everything is perfect.

The whole area has been done up very nicely, lovely flower beds, two minute walk from Sainsburys, very modern & clean, great public transport links and very convenient over all.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a maintenance issue however, they have a very good set up and all we need to do is report it on the resident app which is convenient . They have the maintenance team onsite, therefore it will be quixcy dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing that we specifically wanted to know in addition to what we had been told before we moved in, but we noticed some lovely events that were taking place after we settled at Ebb & Flow.

Living in this area has been a great experience overall. There’s a good range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, with options for both everyday needs and occasional treats. There are also several open green spaces nearby, which are great for relaxing or going for a walk. Transport links are excellent, especially with the train station so close – it makes commuting to London fast and easy. Buses are also frequent and reliable. As for the street itself, it’s generally quiet and safe, with minimal traffic noise. Parking can be a bit limited at times, but manageable. Bin collections are regular, and I haven’t experienced any issues with delays. There’s no noticeable anti-social behaviour, and overall, the environment feels welcoming and peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and helpful. Any issues I raised were handled quickly and professionally, and the team made sure to follow up. Special thanks to Yousra, who was always kind, supportive, and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how fast the train connection to London really is—it’s much more convenient than I expected, which has been a huge plus for my studies. Also, it’s worth knowing that the building is very quiet and peaceful, which doesn’t always come across during a quick viewing. Tip for new neighbours: Don’t hesitate to reach out to the staff if you need anything—Yousra in particular has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. It really makes a difference having approachable and supportive management.

Great area to live in — safe, quiet, and close to everything. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and open spaces nearby, and transport links are super convenient. Parking is usually fine, and bin collection is reliable. The street stays peaceful with little noise or trouble. The staff are friendly and helpful — especially Yousra, who always goes above and beyond!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been responsive and helpful. Any issues I’ve raised were addressed quickly and professionally, especially with the support of Yousra, who is always friendly and efficient.

Honestly, everything has been great since moving in. No surprises — the building, location, and management have all met or exceeded my expectations.
