Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, especially with it being so close to town. The bins are always collected on time, and there’s consistently enough space for your rubbish, which is really handy. There can be a bit of noise from people on the streets at weekends, and residents on the car-park side do hear the ambulances quite often as the station is nearby. Some of the amenities provided for residents aren’t always working, and it’s disappointing that there aren’t any alternatives when this happens. There have also been a few promises made that haven’t quite been followed through. That said, the apartments are improving, and it’s been lovely to see more resident events being organised. The management team are genuinely friendly, approachable, and easy to reach. A special shoutout to Nicola, who always goes above and beyond — she’s incredibly caring with the children and even gets them drawings, which means a lot. 😊

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It does eventually after a couple of tries but it always takes time

I wish I knew that the apartments were not as child friendly as they advertised it to be

The local area is convenient and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The street is generally quiet with good parking availability and no major problems. Overall, it feels comfortable and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team responded promptly and effectively to any issues I raised. They were polite, efficient, and made sure that everything was resolved in a reasonable time. Their customer service was excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The process can take a little bit of time during the move-in stage, which is normal, but everything else is smooth and well-organised. Knowing this beforehand would have reassured me that delays are only temporary.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has been a real highlight of living here. There’s a great range of shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance, as well as plenty of green spaces to enjoy. Transport links are very convenient with reliable buses and train connections nearby, making it easy to get around. The street itself feels safe and well-maintained, with regular bin collections, but parking is a bit challenging. It’s a lively but friendly neighbourhood, with a welcoming community atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have always been quick to respond and very helpful. Any problems I’ve raised were sorted out fast and without any hassle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how friendly and supportive the staff and management are here. It really makes a big difference day to day and makes the place feel more like a community than just a building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've lived in Reading my whole life and to be honest although the buildings and restaurants etc are improving the anti social people element is increasing. Just so many anti social people around who have no respect for other people or the environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very quickly and politely. The maintenance team are brilliant, especially Peter who is excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walk into the town centre isn't the best. Lots of anti social elements unfortunately.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This place is in one of the most convenient location in reading RG1. Just few mins walk from the local shops and the lovely town center. You name it you get it. Another advantage is in very close proximity to the reading train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I lived in domain for 3 years and have very good experience and memories with all the friendly and progression team of building management. Georgi leads the unit and he is one of the best managers i have seen who would care and react quickly to the problem.

If you love sun light the pls inspect the direction of flat properly.
