Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been a great experience. There is a wide range of high-quality local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering different cuisines, all within easy reach. The area feels lively but still comfortable and safe. Public transport is very convenient, with regular buses and nearby train connections that make commuting simple. Open spaces and parks are well maintained and perfect for walking or relaxing. On the street, parking is generally manageable, and bin collections are reliable and on schedule. Overall, it’s a pleasant, well-connected place to live with everything you need nearby
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and professional. Any issues raised were handled promptly, with clear communication and efficient follow-up to ensure everything was resolved satisfactorily.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active and inclusive the community is. The building management and residents make a real effort to recognise and celebrate major festivals from different cultures and religions, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s something you don’t really notice during a viewing but makes a big difference once you live here. I would also recommend new neighbours get involved in these events, as it’s a great way to meet people and feel part of the community quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The transportation is quite flexible and smooth. Not even far and is also a good walk to town centre. The street walk is fine except the fact that not quite of shops around so not too many people or lightening outside in the evening. Parking is convienent and appropriate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always in time and approachable. Management is always keen and respectful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Centrally located residential building in Reading, very easy access to the town centre and train station and bus stations. Parking options are available as well. Either on street or underground.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A few maintenance requests were fixed within a week or two depending on the urgency.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rental price increases in reading and in this residence are substantial. The costs are high although the quality is there. The fixed charges on electricity and gas bills are also high.

Location is good, the property management team tries hard but action to non-cooperative residents is needed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is good and close to town, and it's easy to get anywhere by bus or train, even to the airport. Only one thing is not good enough: my unit face to the road and makes noise day and night. Especially opposite of Q park false alarm always happens at midnight.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is good, of course can be much better if an urgent issue happens.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We tried to recommend many people to rent but the rental makes them hesitate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Walking distance from city center and shops and restaurant. Quiet stay. Easy car access to parking area, never slowed down by traffic obstacles
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
friendliness and availability precede always the effective response actions
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In bad: few more scaffolds and chests of drawers (e.g.: in the wide and empty entry area of my 2-bedrooms flat) could make a big plus
