Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: - Easy commute to work - Good quality furniture - Quiet living environment - Online application for the community - Good community Bad: - Relatively small living space

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response. We once had an issue with the dish washer, which can’t drain the water by itself because of the shallow pipe. We reported the issue and someone came to check and fix it within a week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Remember to check the water pressure and the bed softness when you view the house.

Comfortable Living and Responsive Building Team

Nov 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street where the building is located is very quiet, and the area isn’t noisy at all. You might occasionally hear the Overground trains from Loughborough Junction, but overall it’s a very peaceful place — you almost forget you’re only 12 minutes away from busy Brixton. There’s a Tesco nearby, several convenience shops, and Loughborough Junction station is just a short walk away. Overall, a great and calm location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super fast, always attentive and responsive. You have also an app to communicate with them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, there’s nothing I wish I had known beforehand. During my viewing everything was explained very clearly, and the team was completely transparent about all the details

There are several local markets and restaurants with decent pricing, however it is Brixton, safety can be a bit questionable, and commute to the central and back is tedious and tricky

The management team are kind and polite respond as adequate speed and great record.

A limited bike parking space which did post a problem when I moved in.
