Smart apartments in a central Brixton location

Review Date Jan 2019

Brixton Centric is an exciting new development by Muse, set in the heart of one of London’s most buzzing communities. Brixton has undergone much regeneration in the last ten years, with Brixton Centric being a further extension of that. There is so much to do around the area, with Brixton Village and its huge selection of independent cafes, bars and restaurants, plus the Ritzy Cinema and the Brixton O2 Academy. Additionally, Brockwell Park and Lido are nearby as well as Clapham Common and Max Roach Park.

Brixton not only has tons of amenities, it’s also got exceptionally good transport links into the City. The Victoria line runs through Brixton’s Tube and National Rail station, so that residents can get to places like Kings Cross in around 15 minutes.

Brixton Centric is made up of two buildings: Ivor House and Brook House. Brook House is a high-rise tower that comprises of one and two-bedroom units. Units with two bedrooms have a master bedroom with an en suite. These en suite bathrooms have a shower unit, while family bathrooms have a shower over a bath. All have good storage to maximise the feeling of space. This feeling continues throughout, with built-in cupboards in hallways and bedrooms. The reception area merges into an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, plus each comes with a balcony offering far-reaching views. Kitchens come with integrated Bosch appliances.

Ivor House, meanwhile, is set within a landmark building that’s been refurbished to retain the building’s original Art Deco features. It’s low-rise, and houses one or two-bedroom apartments. Some units benefit from terraces. All have extensive storage both in the kitchens, master bedrooms and hallways.
