Very happy with he overall build of our house and the general build and look of the development. Ground maintenance could be better in general around the development and more visitor parking is needed. No issues with property management so far other than some recent snags not being responded/dealt with but prior to this all issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and to a good standard.

The development is well designed and has good character. Despite being four different developers on site they all blend in well together and the streets and roads are connected well. My property is right at the bottom of the development, which is quite a drive from the entrance, however it's slightly secluded which is nice. There is a school on site, however there are no other facilities to mention at this stage. There were talks of a shop, doctors surgery and a pub, however construction has not started for any of these yet. The property management company is really poor however. Recently they didn't cut the grass which is included within our maintenance fees and when they did finally do it they damaged drains and did a terrible job which killed all the grass and was an absolute mess.

The development is a nice place to live the properties are built to a good standard and with the other companies on the development it allows for differences in the properties. The road access and number of vehicles on the road can often be a problem restricting views. With the future use of the school we anticipate additional difficulties considering the development layout.

The development on whole is very welcoming. The design of the homes are quite good, I feel the Charles church homes have a bit more space then the other developers so you get more storage space. The building management is ok but you do have to ask quite a few times to get things sorted.

The only problem is that streets are really narrow and that there are no yellow lines so people keep blocking roads, parking dangerously and blocking sidewalks. The management company hasn’t got in touched once since I moved in almost two years ago
