Good is all , but bad is none. Platform improved all lot from recent years. In all aspect comfort for living

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick for any issues to resolve by management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Housekeeping stuff , don't let entry doors open , ensure and vigilant about stranger within the property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The bad aspects are break ins since the time I’ve moved in. Lingering of people around the are makes it feel a little unsafe sometimes and the traffic can be heard from my room. Very easy access to Gatwick airport and about an hour to London which is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had many issues but the team is always helpful and responsive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I could have known about the anti social behaviour on the road ahead and the lack of parking close by

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the location of Platform Crawley as it is right in town and it is very accessible to shops and public transportation (not to mention it is close to my workplace too).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I must give commendation to the maintainance staff, Czaba who is always prompt with rapair needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that we couldn’t change our internet provider. A lot of times, the wifi connection in our unit has a problem and considering the price, we could have gotten a better provider than the contracted provider.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, easy access to transport and transport connections, local pubs, shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building managers are great, they swiftly responds to my queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I really wish I had know if the energy supplier could be changed as the provider charges too much and there are much cheaper alternatives.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is good very central and anything you need in walking distance. There os plenty of parking slots in the area. At night it gets quiet and on the weekends there is nice bars nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The were very friendly and solved the issue in a short amount of tome they also explained everything to us they would do to solve it. It was never an uncomfortable feeling to ask them for help pr even ask the same question multiple times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much of a family feeling. I came from an area were you would stand quietly in an elevator. At Platform you would actually talk to your neighbours. I wish i would have got them to know earlier on renting here.
