Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good part of being in this area is it’s quiet and friendly. Surrounding areas are also clean. Local amenities are within 5-10 mins walking distance. You can find Tesco, coop or Sainsbury within 10 mins walking distance. Park is just within 5 mins walk, which I really enjoy on the sunny days. Bus stop is 3-5 mins walk depending on which block you are in. Nothing has bad aspects but at night the surroundings are very quiet and sometimes I see a fox roaming around which scares me a bit.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far I didn’t encounter any problems or issues so it’s not something I can answer.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the bus services as it’s only 3 bus services here. Also, I wish I knew about the nearby surroundings in more details.

Bus routes , it would have been easier if more buses were connected to other routes from Andersons place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Leith is a really great area. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk. The bus connections to the city are great and at a convenient distance. There are no too good to gos offering in this area. Morningside and Fountain Park had a lot many such type of schemes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not had any problems thankfully in our short stay of 3 months.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If we would have known about the facilities we would have moved even sooner.. sunroofs, study spaces, types of co working spaces, gym, concierge and parcel room are great amenities for a reasonable price.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on this street is very convenient. There’s a handy shop right at the corner of the building, which is great for quick purchases. In addition, there are three major supermarkets within walking distance, offering a good range of groceries and essentials. The area also has a decent selection of local shops, cafés, and takeaways. The building is a walking distance from Leith Walk. Public transport is easily accessible, with several bus stops nearby connecting to the city centre and surrounding areas. Buses are generally reliable, though they can get crowded during peak hours. Parking on the street is usually manageable. Bin collections are regular and there are no major issues with cleanliness. The street itself is relatively quiet, with low levels of traffic noise. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and it feels like a safe and friendly place to live overall. Open spaces aren't right on the doorstep, but there are a few parks within a short walk or bus ride.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues so far – the management team seems great and always sorts things out super quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to my mind at the moment. Everything was shown during my viewing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
it’s like a 20 minute walk into town or a 5-10 minute drive so it’s not all too bad, with the new sainsbury’s in the building you have pretty much all you need, all in all the location is pretty decent apart from the parking and constant construction going on
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
i have reported that my utility bill is insanely high for how much i am actually in my apartment as i stay at my partners house most of the time and am pretty energy efficient with turning lights and electrical compliances off yet nothing has really been done about it and the utility company refuse to help me with it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
i wish i knew that council tax or utilities were not included in rent as i pay so much to live here already and now there’s constant bills thrown on top of it to the point where it’s like im doubling my rent in other payments.
