The building and building facilities are excellent and the location is so good! The onsite team are absolutely fantastic and they really do make this place such a great place to live! Nothing is ever too much to ask and they could not do a better job! I would highly recommend visiting the site if your interested in living in the city!

We have been living at Platform for the past one year and overall it has been a comfortable and convenient experience. The gym and other common areas are always well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The whole team is professional and responsive. Also the community is diverse, friendly and the atmosphere is always peaceful. Most importantly the apartment is very well designed, with good lighting and layout. The Noise levels are low so it very peaceful. Overall, it is very good experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a well managed living space.

The development is very good overall. The design is modern and attractive, with well-planned layouts that make great use of space. Interiors are finished to a high standard—stylish, comfortable, and functional. The gym and social spaces are very good; they’re always clean, well-maintained, and a great bonus for residents. Building management is responsive and professional, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Property management is also efficient, handling any queries or issues quickly and effectively. It’s a well-run development that feels safe, welcoming, and enjoyable to live in. The staff is extremely professional and very helpful. They are always ready to help with whatever issues you might have. The process is also smooth.

I am happy with the flat I live in, and I am happy to call PLATFORM_ home. The proximity to the river and the views are great. I like having the opportunity to go other places within the property to take a break or work. I also like that I can receive packages to a secure location and I dont have to worry about their delivery. Living here is generally peaceful. However, if I had the opportunity to choose this property again I don't think I'd do so with the knowledge I have now. The amenities and services are fancy, but there are little things that are neglected which bother me on a daily basis. I feel like a lot of effort was put into making this place look good, but no one considered what the people actually living here would experience. The counters and the cabinets in the kitchen are very tall, taller than is accessible or comfortable for most people of average height. The cabinets are not efficiently designed, with limited storage space and questionable placement. When I first toured I also noticed the layout of some flats was strange. One flat had a very small room that was too small to fit a single bed and open the closet door at the same time, yet it still had an ensuite. Also of note, the sensor in our hallway is at the very end of the hall and not by the door. This means that when you enter the hallway the lights don't come on unless you go to the sensor first, but this is the furthest point away from our flat. I have to walk to my door in the dark every day. The key card readers are weak, and I always have to take my card out of its holder and attempt to scan twice before doors open. I am also irked by the fact that the revolving doors are always locked when I return home (between 4and 7). I know that the staff do this for safety if it's just one woman alone up front, and I would rather have to put my shopping on the ground to unlock the door than have something happen to them, but I really wish there was a better solution. I'd like to use that door when I have my hands full. Staff should feel safe enough to have the door unlocked during open hours, and if they are not then the security needs to be improved. I also feel like when we moved in we were given a car salesman instead of a tour guide. We were told a lot of things that turned out not to be true, and of course we have no evidence of the conversation to back it up. We got a furnished flat and we're told we could have one of the beds removed, but then the sane person told us via email that if we wanted a bed removed we would need to pay for it to be stored in a separate facility. I have a disability and had planned on getting a bed that fits my needs, if I had known that I couldn't remove one of the beds then I would have gone with an unfurnished flat. I also don't like the way the "discounts" were applied. We got in on a promotional first 4 weeks free, with the website advertising a two bed flat as £1479/month. Our budget was £1500 and we toured flats which we thought were in this range. It turned out that out our first 4 weeks and holding deposit were used to "discount" flats which were listed as £1780/month even though they weren't the best quality. This made our rent £1570, but we were told that after a year our rent will ho up to £1800. This is a huge price hike that I dont think the unit is worth. I feel like we were manipulated and swindled. I also feel like the staff aren't as honest as they could be. When I've asked about problems they say they'll email us later with a solution or follow up, but they never take down my information to actually follow up. I've never received a response to in person questions. Lastly, when we first moved in our flat was DISGUSTING. There was food waste under one of the beds inckuding dirty cutlery and the mattresses were covered in stains which had been concealed by flipping them over. When we toured the flat was clean, but on our arrival day the floor in the main room was covered in sawdust which had been tracked through the whole flat.

I feel very safe living in a gated compound, amenities seem to be well taken care off. Theres a gym, the location is great and rooftop spaces will get used during summer! Looking forward to a good coffee shop or store downstairs. the pool table could use improving too.
