Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think overall it is a good place for medium to long term stay for students and professional but I would not consider this place for a full time living as it’s very corporate and won’t make a home truly home

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management has always responded to my repair request

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noises levels from a near by motorway would be good to know

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is located close to local amenities such as Sainsburys. We can walk to the library in 12 min, to all finance hubs in 15min, a train station 2/3min away and two schools and two nurseries near by. You can get a parking place near by for a good price. Traffic for me is still something Im adjusting because we were in the countryside but if you like the buzz of big city you won't ever care about it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Every time I raised a problem the staff answered promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe I would opt for an apartment with view to the development and not to the motorway

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The only supermarket that is close is Sainsbury's local and Nisa Local shop. To go to city center, it's quite far, considering you have to cross the highway. The road to the Anderston station at night is dark and covered with bushes, so it is quite scary to walk at night. Especially the Anderston station is located underneath the highway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Currently I have no problems with inquiries. The staff respond quite quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the location would not be beside the highway. It's too unsettling for pedestrians.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

10 minute walk away from all different stores in city centre. 15 minute walk to Glasgow central and couple minutes away from Anderston station. Close to excitement but street peaceful. Parking is disappointing price however can get cheaper parking few streets away quite easily. Bin collection good and on regular basis.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, nothing to much bother. Helpful when unsure about anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had looked at more apartments . We were offered to look at more however would be good to be up little higher but appreciate these may cost more.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The staff have been brilliant from day one. Location is great, amenities are also fab. The events hosted have been excellent, my children attended their Halloween night and had a great time. Big shout out to Amanda & Felicia.

Any issues have been looked at and I have been kept up to date.
