Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my local area has been mostly positive. There is a good range of local shops and supermarkets nearby, and several restaurants and cafés that offer a nice variety of cuisines. The area also has some green open spaces which are great for walking or relaxing. Public transport is generally convenient, with bus and train links easily accessible, although delays do happen during peak hours. The street I live on is quiet most of the time, but parking can be difficult in the evening. Bin collection is regular and reliable. There is minimal anti-social behaviour, and traffic noise is low overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been generally responsive and helpful, addressing most issues in a timely and professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that parking can be quite limited in the evenings, especially on weekends. Also, noise from nearby construction wasn’t mentioned during the viewing. I’d advise new neighbours to check the area during different times of the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good access to public transport. However lack of parking spaces. The onsite parking is too expensive. Recycling bins are overflowing and need emptying more often. It's a very quiet place to live which I appreciate as I need silence to sleep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful. Respond very quickly and help with all queries efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bad: The lack of storage space is a factor. Good: Facilities are incredible

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is good in my local area. Open spaces are well-maintained and ideal for walks, relaxing, or spending time. Parking is generally easy, bin collections are regular, and the street is quiet and friendly. There’s very little or no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise, making it a peaceful and pleasant place to live. Overall, it’s a convenient and enjoyable area with very few downsides.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues so far. However, when I did talk about something that was troubling me, the staff was quick to help me out and solve it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You might need to walk a bit, as the city centre is just a 10 minute walk. It’s not much, but would be helpful to know for new people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall, the location and resources nearby get the job done but they aren't perfect yet. The bins are constantly overflowing, with a broken door that's heavy and slams shut. This is dangerous if you have your hands full. Theres also lots of noise from construction downstairs which wasn't there when we toured. The shops are nearby but not as convenient to get to. Its also difficult to get to public transportation to get to the rest of the city. However, I love being able to access the walking path along the Clyde. The neighborhood is busy, but never bothersome.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response has been mixed. Tommy in Maintenance is fantastic and very helpful. The rest of the staff is polite in person, but I feel dismissed at times. The response type I get varies depending on which staff member is present.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known all of the things I had noticed after actually living here for a week. I would have chosen a property which was better designed and better accessible. If I had a friend looking to move here I would tell them to look elsewhere first for similar properties, as I don't think that the higher price is worth it. I love the amenities and proximity to the river. I like being able to view the city. Living here is generally peaceful. I just find myself wanting things to be better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - There are amenities, although a sauna steam would would be class. Reception and security seems responsive. Bad - Parking is big issue and development should have maybe considered this before. Despite being a newbuild, flat is freezing during winter. We are next to construction site so windows are always dirty and home becomes dusty quickly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, when my flat experienced a short circuit, we were put up in another flat temporarily withn 30 mins.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking - I moved in with a flatmate and she assumed that parking was a given considering price of flat.
