There are many local shops and bars near by. City centre and Moor market is less than 5 minutes away which is very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very respinsive. They normally respond and resolve the issue on the same day and the guy is super sweet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing much. We had viewed all the aminities before hand and were pretty satisfied with it mainly the location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a wide range of local shops bars and restaurants as it is only a short walk to the city centre. However this means that there isn’t any open spaces near by. The transport links are amazing. It is a ten minute walk to the train station and there are many bus stops and routes only 2 minutes away. The main problem is parking availability. There is nowhere for guests to park and I know parking for residents is limited and subject to availability. Also, living near a major road and roundabout means there is lots of traffic noise and living near the fire station mean lots of sirens.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have responded quickly and any issues have been fixed within a day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how noisy the area is and that parking is not guaranteed for residents or guests.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close enough to city centre without getting too much through traffic or noise. Was very pleasantly surprised upon moving in that there was little to no noise pollution from neighbouring establishments, bars and even Bramall Lane. Highly connected area public transport wide and myriad street food options and gig venues alike. 5 minute walk to Aldi, Tesco Express or Morrisons Daily also make it a very conveniently placed development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team have been very responsive and have handled our queries in a timely and professional manner. Get on very well with the fella who comes round to periodically fix our washing machine!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about local independent businesses in the area, however this has been a fun adventure in itself!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super accessible to both buses and trains. I use the train a lot for work so it's super convenient. The groceries to the moor is so close with a range of different shops like Sainsbury's Aldi and local stores. I love that it's a happening area and that the west street is so near and the movies are so close too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had very few problems which speaks to how well they have maintained the apartment. The very few times we've had problems they have been so quick to respond and the issue has been resolved within 5-10 hours of raising the complaint.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Should've read how much the rent raises after the first year. Not that it's bad but just my fault I didn't read.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to the city centre and train station which is good. Despite being so central the area is really quiet. Nice to be by the river too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really well - maintenance always quick and helpful.

There is a foodbank collection point at platform, so save any tins you don’t need and donate them!
