Great location, close to railway station and the city centre. Great little local bar a block away with a few other nightlife venues and some nice little cafés further along the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff and management are always efficient and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The site has a phone app which can act as an alternative to entry if I forget my keyfob, which happens to be a regular occurrence.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Relatively Easy to Get Around: While there can be traffic congestion at peak times, Sheffield has a decent public transport system with buses and trams.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Living here has been a generally positive experience, largely thanks to the efficient and responsive management team.

The ongoing maintenance of the building and communal areas has been consistently good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building itself looks ideally positioned until you try to park your car or go for a walk. The streets are covered in broken glass, Sheffield United supporters soar the area and park cars all over the place. Junkies sit around downstairs in a public area making it very unsafe. Bins are overloaded and not cleaned properly. Trucks come in the middle of the night to an electrical outlet so be prepared for 4am sirens!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. Quick to email a problem. I found it very frustrating as a pet friendly building how scared the receptionist are of animals. Would seem like a an obvious choice that they wouldn’t work in a place with animals if they were scared of them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bills are way too much in the end. That was my main reason for leaving. I wasn’t ever really at home and somehow ended up paying massive fees.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to station so it’s good for commuting to a different city. It’s not right next to high street or city centre so it’s not too noisy in evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception staff always quickly response to my questions and maintain staff is very good!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I found it a bit expensive before booking but I think with amenities and modern design of the apartment and space, it is worth the money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the Moor market, Waitrose and Light cinema. There is a small brook next to the building which is nice to walk the dog.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on-site team is very responsive to my enquirers and questions from viewing to move in.

The electric bill could be a bit high in winter with electric heaters.
