Good things about the areas especially the amenities. The area around is very safe and noise is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Jamie Boyle has answered all my enquires prior to moving in and after, he was amazing and very professional with all the help he provided.

I had everything provided, the viewing was well explained.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a great range of shops, restaurants, cafés and green spaces, all within easy reach. Public transport links are convenient and make commuting straightforward. The neighbourhood feels safe, clean and well maintained, with very little noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a pleasant and comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been excellent, and Jamie in particular has been extremely responsive and supportive. Any questions or issues I have raised have been addressed quickly and professionally, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and well-maintained the development is. One thing I would tell a new neighbour is that the management team is genuinely helpful and responsive, so if you have any questions during the move-in process, don't hesitate to reach out. Settling in has been much easier than I expected thanks to the support provided.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés within walking distance. Leeds city centre is easily accessible, and transport links are excellent. Despite being close to the city centre, the area feels safe and well maintained. Everything I need for daily life is nearby, which makes living here very comfortable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only recently moved in, but so far every question I’ve had has been answered quickly. The team has been helpful and easy to communicate with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how nice the communal areas are. They look good in the photos, but they’re even better in person.
