Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very lovely to live in and convenient to nearby supermarkets. Area is quiet at night which is good for residence to wind down the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every response has been great, actions were taken promptly. However, during the process of moving in, TURAs email system was having an issue and we did not get updated about our move in status, which was a bit of a hiccup, leaving us a little uncertain. Despite that, everything was sorted within a few days.

More clarification on electric provider and water provider.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is situated near the Wellington place office blocks so you are on the doorstep of Sainsburys local, coffee shops and restaurants. Plus, the canal is just behind offering walking routes to cafes and bars on the river.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and efficiently. Being a new build there has been a couple of snags, however they have responded and fixed them very quickly. They are also great at completing alterations requests.

Views from the apartments are great and parcels are safe in a parcel room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

TURA is located really close to lots of shops like Sainsbury’s and Tesco, as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars. A real plus is how close it is to the canal which offers a relaxing place to sit and walk. It’s a great street to live on for being close to everything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and appropriately, fixing any issues we had

I can’t think of much, just glad that once moved in we could experience all the benefits of such convenient living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With the location being as central as it can be, the local area provides unlimited choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The train station is only a five minute walk away which makes transport links incredibly convenient. The development backs onto the river/canal which is great for nice waterside walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team, as well as, the maintenance team are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Any issues (no matter how small) have been seriously taken and swiftly resolved. From the very first viewing to once I'd settled in, Steve Houghton was extremely responsive and on hand to help with any queries or issues (including providing updates which is always much appreciated).

Nothing - just how nice of a place it is to live! After an underwhelming search for a flat in Leeds City Centre, I just wish the development had been available sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, lovely building, love the social events and the work spaces especially. The only bad aspect I would say is the parking availability. I’ve had to leave my car a 15 minute walk away which I don’t enjoy.
