TURA Leeds is very central and the location is convenient. Bin collections are regular. Despite the train station being close, there is excellent sound proofing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful overall with swift review.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location really is quite nice, there is the river at the back of the building which is very convenient for jogging/running and training.

Concierge workers are all very friendly and helpful make it a very nice experience. Local shops and restaurants are good, closeness to station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes everything straight away not had anything major

Nothing everything has been good, would love some extra parking didn’t realise how tight it was in Leeds

We are having a lovely time at Tura. The team is so welcoming and never felt that we don't know them it was like family welcoming, if i have to point out one person it would be Jamie Boyde, from day one till we moved into we were given best of the information, which was impartial. Facilities around are astounding and easily accessible. Keep it up.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within few minutes. We had a door problem, which i reported and got it sorted within few minutes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Look of the building attracted me and my wife. We really wanted to stay in this building but it took long in processing the application but eventually it happened and we are in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The shops nearby and outdoor space is great, great to be so near the canal. There are various bar options in the close vicinity and access to transport is fast and easy with the train station being only a 8 minute walk. Bin collections are very frequent meaning they are never full. Barely any traffic noise with windows shut.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all responses were given quickly and to a high level of attention to detail showing genuine care to fix the issue when it arises.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Apartments don’t come with an intercom so when visitors come you have to come down and get them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is next to Wellington Place in Leeds, so you can imagine how pleasant the surrounding area is, there are no rough sleepers around the nearby Sainsbury's Local. It's amazing. Besides, It's just a few minute walk to Leeds Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I had trouble connecting to the internet, the staff were very patient and helped me immediately. In the end, it turned out to be my own issue with the VPN, but they were still very helpful and supported me in getting it sorted out.

Ha Ha, Such a good environment, I wish to move in as early as possible, My pervious BTR was too terrible.
