These include shops, a new primary school, gym, riverside parks, walks and cycle-routes.

The development itself has really helpful staff in the concierge building and post room, as well as friendly security 24/7. The only downside would be the ratio of residents to facilities, with more buildings to come still in under construction. However you hardly seeing all the residents at once so it really doesn't feel as crowded as it should.

The apartment complex is very nice in terms of the location, feel. However, the aftercare is not very promising. The location is good along with the construction quality. Design isnt great as blocks sunlight for many buildings as they are very very near. The complex only has one small gym which is clearly extremely insufficient for the number of flats around.

Ballymore are shocking, we have a 3 year ongoing fault they still haven’t resolved. Service charge rose 18% this year because they can’t work out budgets and no published accounts yet for any full year the development has been open. They are shocking

The overall design of Royal Wharf is quite impressive and each building is also unique in design. The facilities such as the gym are always in good condition and the concierge and security staff are extremely helpful. There could be further improvements to the management of the buildings. Majority of the properties are now occupied and it was noticed during the moving in stages that quite a few communal spaces now have slight damage to walls and flooring.
