Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is good. I have no complaints to make about that. It’s probably the main reason I am still there
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be fair they will respond quickly but something things have just never got sorted
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The remote nature of the reception to the Button Building is a bit inconvenient for casual interaction

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s really close to lots of shops restaurants and stations, however difficult to get hold of post sometimes, the seagulls are also very loud and cause a lot of mess on the balconies more could be done to stop them breeding on the roof
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have now dealt with my issues but it has taken 2 months and multiple phone calls/complaints
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That things weren’t following the timeline set out on the initial discussion and that there would be an extensive reference process

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It can be noisy at night time with the homeless living under the bridge but if I keep windows closed then it is fine. The car park is a bit further away but gives great security. Amenities are all so close it’s great to just walk everywhere!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Eventually- there has been a change so now it’s much more prompt!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think knowing about the homeless outside and feeling a bit vulnerable by it. Otherwise all is good!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
its close to everywhere! Close to new street station, coach station, shopping centre and more! Thats an amazing location!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are good at this and I have no more comment to add
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you’re considering a first-floor flat with a balcony or large windows above the parking area, keep in mind that it can become quite cold during the winter months. As a result, you may need to use the heating more often, which could lead to higher electricity bills.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve really enjoyed living in this area and have had a very positive experience overall. The local shops, restaurants and cafés are great, with plenty of options nearby which makes everything very convenient. There are also nice open spaces around, which makes the area feel welcoming and pleasant. Transport links are reliable and easily accessible, making it simple to get around. The area feels safe and well looked after, and I haven’t experienced any real setbacks while living here. bin collections and general upkeep have all been smooth and hassle-free.Overall, it’s a good area to live in and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here. I would happily recommend it to others.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. Communication has been clear, and any concerns were handled efficiently, which made the whole process stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How friendly and supportive the management team is it definitely made settling in much easier.
