Management is good, staff are friendly. The facilities is in great condition and easy to use. The safety is also in consideration, as the oven top is designed as induction cook. Water, heating, and electricity is in good service. The balcony is also great as it’s large area.

Good location, close to DLR station. There are Texaco and street food nearby. Also walkable distance to Canary Wharf. There even is a farm in the neighborhood, amazing.

The DLR is a little noisy. But it is at low frequency during night, which is fine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It is good. It is easy to communicate with staff and it is efficient as well.

all concierges always attended us promptly with all politeness
and always assisted with regards to what was needed with the owner through the real estate agency

The building is located in an area with several points of shops including a market and DLR transport in front which gives us a lot of convenience as it is very close to the work office in Canary Wharf
a perhaps unfavorable point would be the noise of the DLR mainly in the summer when the door to the balcony is open but nothing too disturbing

we have lived in this building since it opened about 4 years ago and we really like everything that the location offers us, markets, green areas, services nearby and ease of transportation to all places since we don’t have a car
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
always assisted us in all our requests meeting the stipulated deadlines
Good development with great location
The design in the building is quite nice. Very welcoming reception and well maintained gym. Different floors have different colour schemes, but the whole building is kept clean and tidy.
Building management is usually responsive to reported issues. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful making it a safe place to live in. All your deliveries can be delivered to the Reception and collected later.

The building is located 12 min walk from Canary Wharf shopping center and 5 min walk from the Mudchute Farm and 30 min walk to Greenwich Park via foot path.
Asda, Tesco Express, Coop are all less than 5 min walk. There are a few coffee shops and take aways also quite close.
DLR Crossharbour stop is on the other side of the street. Jubilee and Elizabeth lines 12-15 min walk.
Nuffield gym is on the other side of the street, but there is a small gym in the building for tenants.

I wish I had known that I will share my living room wall with a council flat. The neighbours are a bit troublesome and since they have a different entrance to the building it’s difficult to communicate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues that had warranty were looked after in short time from being reported. I had an issue with washing machine and sprinklers. All fixed quickly and no follow ups were required.
Great value overall
The design is good, the big downside of the flat is very low ceilings, the building id new, very nice doors in flats, balconies shield from the wind as thy are not fully open – big plus, nice lobby area, building management is good although some staff members definitely nicer/more helpful than others

Good aspects: short walk to canary wharf, a large store nearby as well as smaller shops for quick shopping, a great asian condiments store opened recently too. There’s a gym nearby and a couple higher end gyms in Canary Wharf center itself
Bad aspects: rather loud, hard to sit on the balcony because of that – dlr too close and the mosque nearby have installed speakers outside recently, also very loud. Seems like the building is on the edge of „good area” – the private setor of canary wharf and around, and „bad area” with lot’s ot communal houses, gangs and dealers.

It’s loud, the windows mute the sound quite well, but with windows open it’s too loud for me. The electricy bill is low! The huge windows heat up the flat a lot when it’s sunny and the heat from flats below means we do not have to spend much!

We didn’t really need to raise any issues to the building management

The apartments have great price the only disadvantage but also advantage is proximity to the dlr which although very convinient is also very laud

There are many shops around offering wide range of products also recently there are many new restaurants opening

I wish we knew how laud the dlr actually is as it’s hard to notice on viewing

They responded well and promptly there haven’t been many issue luckily
Great building and position, good quality overall
The development is fairly modern and well-kept. The gym might be bigger and better equipped. Lifts might be faster. But, overall, it’s a great building to live in. Cannot comment on property management as I had no issues to address so far. The concierge staff is very helpful and always ready to help.

Very convenient, just meters away from the Crossharbour DLR. To a walking distance to Canary Wharf, perfect location.

Just asked a question at the beginning of my tenancy, the response was quite fast and exhaustive.
Good Place for Working Professionals
The development is overall good – the appliances in the apartment are great, the underfloor heating is effective
DLR while in close proximity is very noisy when you keep the windows open.
Concierge is super helpful and great to have especially since I am a working professional

Premium building – 5/5 stars!
The building is newly constructed and has a very modern construction. It has a 24 hours concierge and on-site gym for residents. It is fitted with good quality fittings and appliances. The layout of each apartment is very sensible unlike other buildings in London. Highly recommended.

This is one of the most premium location. It is in walking distance to Canary Wharf and to Asda superstore. A DLR station is right across the street and the location is very lively.

While the wooden flooring is nice and modern, but it is a little hard to maintain.

We didn’t have any issues that required any assistance from building management.
Amazing to live here, great development
News building cleans and secure, easy access to groceries and public transport, brand new area security and garbage well organized quiet neeghbors plenty of activities, although the dor can be quite noisy you get used to the sound and easily can get adjusted

Gym in the building is well equipped! Love the apartments position as there is no neighbors noice at all. Private balcony with amazing view! Really helpful and kind reception. Always clean, well maintained property. Love the ecological focus of the building.
