The building is very welcoming and warm with a sense of community and mutual respect. The staff are really making effort to make this place as comforting as possible. I really appreciate the effort they put in in organising events. Ofelia stands out to me because of how approachable she is is and how open she is to organising events that fits the Lark’s community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

M&S is a 6 min walk away and Waitrose is a 5 min walk. I prefer M&S because of the vibes. The tube is in close proximity as well as any bus neeeded. It’s quite and clean, almost makes you improve your lifestyle and start being more active. Battersea park is a 10 min walk! Really nice!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are quickly dealt with and everything is well organised and more importantly communicated to the residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would add more emphasis on the events that go on in the building as hat really creates the sense of community.

Amenities and general review of development

The property development is great since we moved in. The concierge are always there and if not in office hours the security can always help, whether that’s getting a package for you or guiding you with any questions you might have. The cinema room, gym and coffee machine are my personal favourites as it’s really cool to have all that in where I live. The balcony of my apartment is also so nice when you fancy abit of fresh air but maybe can’t be bothered going downstairs also it is very nice during sunset especially from where I live ie the 11th floor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the property is amazing - in so many aspects. The sheer abundance of different public transport options including Battersea power station northern line, many different bus stops and Vauxhall station being within a 15 minute walk is great! The power station alone has so many good shops and food spots also they regularly have some pop ups or festivals going on which is great. The bin collections are great too as you can put your rubbish and recycling done whenever and it doesn’t have to be on a certain day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had a lock that came off and maintenance came by that day to fix it !

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is posted on the app so don’t just not download it, make sure you have it to stay in the loop or alternatively the Lark has an instagram which post if there’s events etc

The Lark is a very comfortable building to live in: it is newly built, with the lobby/reception area that is very cosy to work/study or even just have a cup of coffee. The flats themselves are very comfortable too, with new furniture that is tasteful and efficient. I would also like especially mention and thank Emily who always is around to help with a positive attitude. She has been very kind and has solved every single problem I have ever encountered since me and my sister have moved in, making our stay at the Lark stress-free. I can always count on her!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient with the underground being a 6 min walk away, the powerstation and park being nearby too. People are overall very respectful and kind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always immediate responses to any problems or issues.

There was no such thing that I wish I knew about the building.

Building management is efficient and attentive

The design of the building is very modern, with a stylish look that feels both fresh and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, offering great convenience for residents. Building management is efficient and attentive, and the staff is incredibly sweet, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

Living in Battersea is fantastic, with a great range of local shops, diverse restaurants, bars. The area also has beautiful open spaces like Battersea Park, perfect for relaxing or staying active. Transport links are convenient, with easy access to trains and buses, making it well-connected to other parts of London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any problems yet, but the building management frequently checks in to ensure everything is going well and proactively addresses any potential concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the complimentary coffee syrups in the lounge — they’re absolutely delicious, and I love them! It's such a small detail, but it really makes my mornings much brighter.

Wonderful place

The design is beautiful, the common areas are very office friendly, coffee is served, it's great. Is that the distance between the buildings is a little bit close to affect the lighting. Front desk staff Emily help me check in,she is nice and professional!

The tracks will make a slight noise,most of the time is a quit place. The nearby Battersea Power station is a 10-minute walk away with plenty of shopping and dining, and the location is safe and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Front desk staff Emily help me check in,she is nice and professional!She answered all my questions and was very efficient.
