We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Great building, the rooms and the hallway are all very nice, always kept clean. Staff always been helpful when replying to emails. Only negatives would be - wish there was a concierge so as parcels are not stolen. Especially concerning around Christmas time. Bedrooms can get very hot in the summer as there are no proper windows.

The building location is spot on, right in town with a 10 minute walk to the absolute center of Manchester. The design of the building is very nice looking especially the common space between all the rooms. The building management good, they put a lot into the up keep of the building

The design of the building is good except for the post room not being very secure with parcels just being left about with anyone off the street able to walk in if they are buzzed in or the door Is left ajar , the lift is usually out of service a fair bit as well, there is also a need of a concierge, in the apartment rooms there is no windows that open so is a lack of cool air and room gets very hot

Ice Plant is visually a very impressive building and is a good place to live. The common areas are well maintained and cleaned. Noise does travel quite badly through the atrium in the building though, which can be frustrating with constant door slamming.

one of the nicesest buildings i have seen in manchester - ice plant is a historic building just in the heart of the busy and queer friendly Cutting Room Square. the rooms have instead parts of the old building (exposed brickwork). love the fact that this space used to be ice-making factory, very cool vibes!
