Good: parcel room, gym, maintance team and the tram station is right next door. I experience no traffic noise thankfully

The location is great, lots of shops and bars in the area. The development promised private access to the train station but 2 years later and still no access. Only 1 shop has moved into the commercial spaces after 2 years of promises
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team have been the best part about the management.

I am glad the maintenance team and the apartment design have been positives, but I am sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with temperature, wear and tear, and delays to promised amenities. Your comments about staff approachability are important, and I’ll be working closely with the team to ensure residents feel welcomed and supported. Metro nearby however the access from building to station is not open yet. Pretty quiet area as we are overlooking the cemetry. We park under the building for £150 per month which is very expensive compared to other buildings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very average, they dont seem to understand that tenants actually pay a significant rent to live here and discount any of the concerns we have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the managing agents are very poor, that the link to the station would not be open for 18 months after we were told it would, and that we would have weeks and weeks of noise coming from the renovation of the commercial units

The development is close to a tram and train station and the jewellery quarter's stores. The quality is acceptable, but there are aggressive beggars in each of these places.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have not. The problems may in fact be worsening.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Apartment Complex is not and will not be connected to the train station next to it.

Easy transportation to work. Very convinient, reason why I chose this place. Private gym is very good, making it easier to workout after work and not requiring to go elsewhere.

Responded quickly to the queries and got them fixed

Modern JQ flats, gym, shops, right by the station.
