Modern, Clean and Well Managed Development with Great Parking and Location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient and well connected, with easy access to the city centre, local shops, supermarkets, gyms, cafés and restaurants all within a short distance. There are also good transport links nearby which makes commuting and getting around very easy. The area feels lively but still comfortable to live in. The building and surrounding streets are generally clean and well maintained. One of the biggest positives for me is having a private parking space, which was one of the main reasons I chose this development as it makes day to day living much easier. Overall, I’ve found the area safe, accessible and enjoyable to live in with everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far I haven’t really had any major issues or maintenance queries that needed raising, which I think says a lot in itself. However, whenever I’ve had any questions, the building management team have always responded well, been approachable and happy to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I’ve realised after moving back here is that the building has actually been maintained really well over time. I previously lived here a few years ago when the development had first opened, and at the time there were a few minor issues as parts of the building were still being completed. Coming back around two years later, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how modern, clean and well kept everything still feels. I’ve viewed other developments where the maintenance standards seemed to drop after a couple of years, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. It’s reassuring knowing the building management have continued to maintain the development properly long term.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Such a great location, with all the essentials right on your doorstep. The team in the building is always friendly and genuinely helpful, and it truly feels like they want to get to know you and make sure you feel at home. They host regular events and add thoughtful touches depending on the occasion. On Earth Day, for example, they handed out fruit and plants, which really shows how much they care. A very special shoutout to Eleni, Naqqash, Abdullah & Mikey! We have not experienced any issues so far, and based on the impression they have made, I trust anything that comes up will be handled well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not experienced any issues, and the impression we have gained gives me confidence that anything that arises will be dealt with properly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything, the handbook is very helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many positive aspects of living in my local area. One of the main benefits is the convenient location, as shops and restaurants are only a five-minute walk away or even less. Public transport is also very accessible, which is especially helpful for me as I do not drive. In addition, there is plenty of parking available for visitors, making it easy for friends and family to come by. For those who do not have a car that meets clean air zone requirements, there is still convenient parking just down the road, only a five to ten-minute walk away. Overall, the area is very practical, accessible, and convenient for everyday living. Watch out where you park, as you can get blocked in by other cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kishor has been incredible throughout my experience here. Any issues or questions I have are answered straight away, which has made everything much less stressful. The staff have been extremely accommodating and have worked around my schedule to ensure I had a smooth and positive move-in experience. Everyone is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help, which has made settling in much easier and more enjoyable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that everyone’s rent is collected on the 1st of each month. This was a little confusing at first, as I received a payment reminder unexpectedly. However, once I raised the issue, it was clarified immediately and resolved on the same day. I really appreciated how quickly the team handled it and provided reassurance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great area as you get the city centre benefits with it still being peaceful. The train station and metro give good connections, although West Midlands rail aren’t always the most reliable, and you can also walk into town within 20-30 mins. Loads of shops bars restaurants, independent and chain, and events on so it’s great for social life

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not had to raise any issues yet. I had no parking space allocated when I first moved in due to delays in communication from the landlord but it was resolved after being given a temporary space

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything that I’ve come across yet
