The development is close to a tram and train station and the jewellery quarter's stores. The quality is acceptable, but there are aggressive beggars in each of these places.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have not. The problems may in fact be worsening.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apartment Complex is not and will not be connected to the train station next to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy transportation to work. Very convinient, reason why I chose this place. Private gym is very good, making it easier to workout after work and not requiring to go elsewhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly to the queries and got them fixed

Modern JQ flats, gym, shops, right by the station.

The location is great! Jewellery Quarter is really nice and full of people but not in a hustle-bustle way - more like a vibe. Lots of great shops around and great connectivity with the train and metro station being next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did raise some concerns before I moved in. Some of them were addressed and the others haven't been yet. I've heard mixed reviews about the building management, but I'll update my score if I feel so. Right now, it seems to be good.

The apartment has cracks on the wall. I brought this up to them to get fixed before I moved in! But they only told me they were settlement cracks and can't be fixed after I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Just terrible management overall. No people skills and no empathy. It's left me feeling insulted and disappointed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Terrible, irresponsible, refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and instead make you feel guilty.

I wish i had known how bad and unresponsive and unempathetic the management is.

The range of the shops and restaurants around are varied, Its peaceful and quiet majority of the time, and the shops are nearby, However the variety of restaurants around is quite limited

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite Quickly, Any issues raised normally get sorted out within the next couple of days

I wish i had known that the gates behind the property leading to the tram would have been open, However theres been some works going on and we haven’t exactly been told when its due to open
