Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love how helpful the staff is. Eleni, Aman, Naqqash and many more from the front desk go out of their way to help me out. This is the most unique aspect of the residence and I am so grateful to all of them. They are the sole reason I am extending my rental contract.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and with initiative. The front of house go out of their way to help me. They are what defines the Goodsyard for me. They bring incredible value to the development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Close to a Metro stop, good bus links and okay viarity of local shops. Need to travel abit to go to supermarkets.

Haven't used them yet as I've found no faults yet. But reporting maintenance is made easy using the app. Communal and corridors are kept clean too.

I enjoy learning as I go along so this question isn't really relevant to me but do look into parking in the area. Nearby nurseries, schools , play groups and holiday clubs if you have children. It's up to you how much or how little you want to get involved with other residents at TGY and with JW community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of good aspects to living in the local area, including nice study spaces, helpful and readily available front desk staff, and a good selection of coffee shops, restaurants and other food places nearby. Public transport links are also convenient, with nearby train and tram connections. One downside is that parking spaces can be limited, although this is generally manageable as street parking is available nearby. The gym is decent but would have liked for there to be a treadmill.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are readily available to deal with any issues and approachable. Maintenance issues get resolved quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area feels safe and has a nice communal atmosphere. One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how expensive it is to reserve a parking space. However, free on-street parking is available nearby and is usually manageable, so I have found this to be a good alternative. Even when paid street parking is needed, it can still work out cheaper than paying for a reserved space.
