Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects of living in my local area is the fact that we are surrounded with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, markets and a great transport links to the rest of London city. I have not seen a school near by so far .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond to the queries by email most of the time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that I would find the apartment partially furnished and wardrobe quite standard before I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
You can find transportation within a few feet from the apartment, with a train station and bus station just opposite eachother it’s very handy to get from place to place. Loads of shops within walking distance for groceries or housewarming amenities. There is also a great market with amazing finds!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had a few issues with our hot water and pressure, even though it was a few times the management team noted it and sorted it straight away, they even went a step further to provide us keys to another room with a working shower for the meantime.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the trains next to us would be a little bit noisy (doesn’t bother me but I heard some mixed reviews from other residents)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect and close to lots of shops and public transport but the noise from the train is the downside and no allocated parking for residents and visitors.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They make sure to get it resolved right away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing. The agent has kept us well-informed with all the things that we have to know prior moving in. Great team!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has a nice balance of positives and a few drawbacks. There’s a good variety of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, with a mix of independent places and well-known chains. The nearby parks and green spaces are lovely and well-kept, perfect for walks or relaxing outdoors. Public transport links are convenient, with regular buses and a train station close by, although traffic can get quite busy during peak hours. My street is generally peaceful and tidy, with reliable bin collections and friendly neighbours, though there can occasionally be some noise or minor anti-social behaviour at weekends.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication is usually clear and helpful. Overall, they are reliable and take residents’ concerns seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how warm the apartments can get during the summer months due to the large windows and good insulation—it’s something to plan for with good ventilation or fans. Also, while the area is generally peaceful, it can get a bit lively on weekend evenings. On the positive side, I didn’t realise how friendly and helpful the neighbours would be, which has made settling in much easier. For new residents, I’d recommend joining the community group chat—it’s great for updates, recommendations, and staying connecte

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Place has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, market and trendy places - you have all you need within walking distance. Transport links are solid Victoria Line, Overground and Bus routes plenty! Very good for cycling to as there is good cycling infrastructure and plenty scenic routes - I cycle to Canary Wharf at times but canal and cycling routes plenty! Its very safe, good strong and diverse community!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes and if it cannot be fixed there and then they always give me something to get by until its fixed. Cannot mention how good the team have been - they make you feel welcome and at home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would be good to know that some formalities cannot be completed until a formal handover of ownership happens to the landlord. IE utilities switch but this is a minor point and has not affected my enjoyment of the place.
