Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Eades is located in a very close proximity to Walthamstow central bus and tube station. It's also very close to the shopping mall, high street and Hoe street. There is no shortage of places to shop and eat. Walthamstow central is also home to forest cinema and soho theatre which are in walking distance of the Eades. The closest parking would be in the mall which is just next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are always very quick and efficient at responding to and resolving any issues I've had since moving in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was very surprised and impressed with the garden terrace on the 2nd floor as it wasn't clear to me before moving in that there was an outdoor space on the 2nd floor, I thought there was only the rooftop terrace which is lovely but the garden terrace just makes it even better as there are BBQ's for hire with many seating areas, It's nice to have an outdoor space within the building to enjoy in the warmer months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transport links are very convenient, literally within less than 5mins away door to door and the tube gets you to central London in less than 30mins. There is a range of grocery shops nearby. There is no parking, but the bicycle storage is secure and with plenty of spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management goes absolutely above and beyond when answering queries. They genuinely want to make sure everyone feels at home at the Eades. They also organise social events for the tenants which is a lovely initiative.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The free internet is capped at 20 mbps, but you can easily upgrade to a higher speed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops and restaurants are authentic and exotic. Local links are incredibly convenient. Street noise is low and there is no disturbance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues were addressed and sorted with great responsivness.

Carefully check layout and which direction your windows face.

As long term Walthamstow residents - I can say finding The Eades right in the heart of the area has made it even more brilliant! The tube, overground & buses station on the doorstep - you can literally head anywhere! Access to local shops, bakeries and coffee shops along the High Street or Hoe street or just a 10 minute walk to St James you can find everything you need living here right out the front door!
