Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is really lovely, and a bit like a village. There are good pubs and nice cafes with good food and coffee. Earlsfield Station is very handy for commuting to central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are very prompt and helpful! Issues have been dealt with fairly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew most things about the development but I wish there were more instructions on how to use the communal kitchen ovens etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Haven’t experienced anything bad. Staff are very helpful. Building is cleaned regularly. Facilities are good and cover most of my needs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any issues, so wouldn’t be able to say

Can’t really think of anything, enjoying it till now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to transport networks and grocery stores. Next to a river in a nook that doesn’t have a lot of activity. There’s a rail line on the west side of the building and shutting your windows reduces the noise significantly. The Arc club workspace is also a great selling point! The missing stars are for minor issues like the delay with air conditioning system repairs and the a few things that could be better taken care of in shared spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For the things they have control over, they are quick to respond and take care of issues. There’s only a few minor things that could be better

The shared space gets packed quickly during the week so you’ll need to come in early. The Wi-Fi stability isn’t the greatest and I frequently have poor connection on video calls.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love Earlsfield. Well connected - nice cafes - accessibility. Staff make it super chill - always a friendly smile - Lexi especially and Z in evenings. Very grateful for their helpful and solutions oriented attitude.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well but I only needed it early when I moved in. Haven’t required anything recently / in last year

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

DMC is important . I couldn’t afford to live here if it wasn’t for this. It has been so important for affordability in london

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Out of this world. You’ve got everything from supermarkets, indie shops, eateries and wellbeing places (yoga, meditation and more).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problem with my remote was fixed immediately, and they proactively fixed a crack in my bathroom mirror without me even asking!

I only wish I’d found out about this place before I did!
