The people are nice and welcoming everything is in order. The area is quiet and safe. I feel comfortable in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Almost immediately very fast and efficient easy to contact

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing because I was told everything prior and so far everything has been up to expectation.

Close to a lot of amenities, train station into Waterloo whilst still not overly busy.. the area is good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whoever I have gone to front desk with an issue or problem they’ve been helping

The residents are very friendly, there is a community atmosphere

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All convenient stores including local restaurants are very walkable. Only little problem I have is train noise but it is not that bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast and friendly handyman 🙏 The idea of putting problem into the app and get it shorted is my favourite part.

If the river view windows are available, don't be hesitate .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a great development with excellent facilities. Staff are all really warm and helpful. Etlin and Lexi have always been so friendly on the front desk - and always really helpful over email. Only reason not 5* across the board is due to it being quite expensive for most budgets. Staff & facilities are definitely 5*.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any so nothing to report on this one.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing that comes to mind. Maybe local recommendations for restaurants, parks, walks etc!? But people can figure that out themselves

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love that the streets are clean and feel generally a lot safer than most of london. There is antisocial behavior on the trains and tubes to get here which can be jarring at times. I love that the building is by water and two streets over i can access some hustle and bustle and for more just a stop away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Service is a bit slow and things were not fixed before move in
