I really like this area, there is everything I need, GP, supermarkets open until late, off license 24/7, pharmacy a big shopping centre few stop after. Connected very good with central too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and efficient. There is the app which is very comfortable and the answers by email are quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The washing ma shine how they work for me is the only inconvenience.

Very close to the train station which is very convenient. There is a lot of shops around but sadly no big supermarkets

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded efficiently and effectively, resolving any issues I have raised with them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. What you see is what you get with Folk. The website and the tour explained to me everything I needed to know before moving in

Good connection to transit with SWR (when it works) and lot of bus options, close enough to Tooting Broadway that there’s lot of shopping options. It’s a nice suburban London area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I’ve had are almost always fixed within a day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events put on are quite fun and most everyone is friendly and willing to chat even if it’s just for a minute. The building will feel a little like a maze at first but you’ll pick it up quickly.

They respond quickly, professionally, and resolve issues effectively.

I wish I’d known about parking areas around earlier, took me a little while to find the spot around the back of the building

The area feels safe and is well connected since the overground is really close by and there are various bus links. There are a few supermarkets nearby so everything is convenient and well connected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is efficient and if there is a delay in any request they let you know.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rent may go up each year and I found out by speaking to other tenants which can be stressful because I would have secured the lease for longer to begin.
