Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The quality of the local high street is tremendous and the neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of London’s nicest and most comfortable. The only downside is the lack of access to the tube which can make travelling expensive and difficult during the night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been extremely helpful. For example, after my first year of living here, I had been a bit slow in signing a renewal with the building. The team worked overtime to help me stay in my room despite how late I was. It was a very stressful time but I could be sure that any questions I had were answered quickly. They could’ve just brushed me off and told me that I’d missed the deadline, but they didn’t.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How kind the community is. Had I known, I probably would have gone to more events.

Positive - close to transport links, quite area, good retail store, good pubs in the area and the people are great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area around Sunday Mills is very safe and peaceful. There’s a beautiful river nearby which makes it relaxing and quiet, and there are plenty of local amenities like supermarkets and cafés within easy reach. Earlsfield Station is very close, making transport super convenient and reliable. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live. The only downside is that the sense of community could be stronger — people often keep to themselves, and it would be nice if there were more local events or opportunities to connect with neighbours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quickly and are always polite and professional. Any issues I’ve raised have been dealt with efficiently and in a friendly way. The staff genuinely care about residents’ comfort and experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that not everyone in the building was interested in the “co-living” aspect. Many residents keep to themselves, which can make it feel less social than expected. If you move in, try to join the community events early to meet people — you’ll enjoy it much more once you make those connections.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is reasonably well situated, though the main drawback is its distance from central London and other densely populated areas. As a result, there aren’t many nearby options for dining or shopping. Travelling to the more vibrant parts of the city can be a bit tedious, but it’s by no means a deal-breaker. The building itself, however, more than makes up for these minor inconveniences. The facilities are excellent, the people are welcoming, and the overall environment creates a genuinely pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any problems as of yet, and I’ve been in the building for coming up to 3 months. Whenever I had questions the staff were very helpful most cases they help practically and hands-on given demonstrations to make sure I remember don’t really understood and walked away happy. One of the staff members, Eflin, really stands out. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and happy. She keeps us entertained with the different events happening in the building and helps introduce tenants to each other, which really adds to the sense of community here. She consistently does more than what’s expected of her. thank you, Eflin!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there’s nothing I wish I’d known before moving in — if anything, it’s the opposite. The place turned out to be even better than I expected. I actually wish I’d known how good it was going to be! Sounds a bit cheesy, but that’s the honest truth.
