Overall I had a great time living in Sunday Mills, the staff and residents were great. I highly recommend it especially when living alone.

Good: The train station is only a few minutes away. Tooting and Wandsworth are ten mins away Bad: No parking available. Need more street lights by the bridge

The staff doesn’t always respond to the maintenance issues

Nothing, the information I received from the staff was clear and transparent

The rooms are quiet , thick walls and double glazed windows. You can control the climate in your room with the aircon // heating too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - they may take awhile but is the nature of big buildings

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent prices go up annually and the kitchen is not a safe space to leave plates or groceries (people will assume it’s for everyone lol)

Outside of central London, but only 15min from Waterloo station by train. Great Cafés and Restaurants in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues I have raised had been handled quick and easy.

Nothing I can think of at this point. I am very satisfied.

Great place to live in a busy city

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Transport connections, choice of supermarket and restaurants, nice pubs, nearby pharmacies and GP surgeries, nice surrounding areas with rivers and walks. Bad: Generally a busy area (but not busy at all around the development), might not be suitable for those wanting to escape the city feels. Also the rent is not cheap.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very quickly via its dedicated app. Some issues might take longer to solve but very much trying to help at all time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location itself is pet friendly but the building does not all pets.

It is a nice area with friendly people all around, the cafes and bars are pretty good but it feels like there is a lack of good cornershops in the area as crystals is literally robbing you.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, everytime I have had an issue in my last 3 years, it got sorted out quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t really know what you guys want from me here but i don’t have any complaints it is exactly what i expected it to be
