Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a nice and quiet neighbourhood and the building is next to river Wandle. With some cute boutique shops and restaurants/cafe plus the train station at 5 mins walk, it’s a perfect location and well connected. There’s also ample parking space and no traffic noise at all. Close by you have a beautiful park and also a nature walk track along the river. Sainsbury’s, M&S, and Tesco are all 5 mins away and at about 1.5 miles there’s a shopping mall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I did not have any problems but whenever I had even a minor issue, the management team was extremely responsive and helpful. A special shoutout to Eriona and Nicco, who are the warmest and most generous people managing the development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t know about the community events in the building, so that came as a pleasant surprise. Loved being a part of the community and thoroughly enjoyed every gathering and event.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Sunday Mills is in such a great spot in Earlsfield. The area strikes the perfect balance between being peaceful and still really well connected. It has a genuine neighbourhood feel l, loads of independent cafés, pubs and local shops along Garratt Lane, and it never feels chaotic or overly busy. You can actually relax here. One of the best things is how close it is to green space. The River Wandle and nearby parks make it easy to go for a walk or run without having to travel anywhere. It’s ideal if you want that bit of calm after work. At the same time, Earlsfield station is only a short walk away, and trains into Waterloo are quick and frequent, so getting into central London is incredibly easy. There’s a strong sense of community in the area too and you see the same faces at the coffee shops, and it feels friendly and safe. It’s one of those places that feels tucked away from the noise of the city, but you’re still only minutes from everything you need
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything is sorted immediately. I’ve never had to wait on any repairs and the system for organising these is great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Definitely make use of the amazing facilities. Including the co working space! The events are second to none for meeting people too. It feels like a rel home.

As someone who works and study and have no time to socialise, this building has been a great opportunity to get to know people, and to enjoy the facilities they provide. Staff are very nice and helpful. I am really happy with my studio apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. And if that is not enough. Center of the city is only 30min away. Transport good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They fix it in less than 3 days. All the problem I have had has been solved quickly and they have been really helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I am in love with the gym facilities and the cinema room. The summer is a really good time to enjoy the rooftop while having a drink.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Earlsfield has a friendly, village feel with good cafés, pubs and independent restaurants nearby, plus King George’s Park for green space. Transport links are excellent with fast trains to Waterloo, though peak times can be busy. Streets are mostly quiet, bin collections are regular, but parking can be limited due to permit zones.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive and professional when issues are raised. Most problems are acknowledged quickly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, with clear communication throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how busy the area can feel at peak commuting times, especially around the station and main roads. I’d also say it’s worth understanding the parking permit rules early on, as spaces can be limited.
