Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s close to the station, lots of local restaurants and the area is safe. No noise pollution and while limited there is parking in the evenings and weekend.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast response and they respect my space and are professional.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have lived to know more about parking before I moved it as it’s the only reason I could see myself eventually leaving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everyone is pretty friendly, it’s a cute vibe. Not terribly well connected to central London (reliant on trains), but when all is running smoothly it’s pretty easy to get in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brilliant - always speedy to resolve. Easy to report - just uploading pictures and short description on the app!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There was an issue with a fire next to the building last October (I think) when most had to vacate due to smoke coming through the vents. So wish I knew that in advance somehow!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Earlsfield near Sunday Mills offers a fantastic balance of city connectivity with a village-like atmosphere. The local area has an excellent range of shops and amenities within easy walking distance - you'll find Sainsbury's and Tesco by Earlsfield station and M&S within 5-10 minutes plus Lidl about 15 minutes away The Garratt Lane strip has a diverse selection of cozy restaurants and relaxed pubs. It also hosts Tara Theatre which is an exception theatre offering plays curated and enacted by South Asian theatre professionals. The area's crown jewel is undoubtedly the River Wandle, which provides beautiful walking paths along the Wandle Trail right outside Sunday Mills. It's a peaceful green escape that makes you forget you're in London. For larger green spaces, Wandsworth Common is also accessible nearby. Transport links are exceptional - Earlsfield station is just a 6-minute walk away, with trains taking only 10 minutes to Vauxhall/Clapham Junction/Waterloo/Wimbledon. This means you can be in Central London within 15-20 minutes. The reliable frequency of trains means you rarely wait long, even during off-peak hours. Living on Trewint Street itself is pleasantly quiet despite being so well-connected. Traffic noise is minimal since it's not on a major thoroughfare. The building has secure bike storage, which is convenient as cycling along the river is a great alternative transport option. The one slight challenge can be street parking for visitors, as it's limited in the immediate vicinity, but this isn't an issue for residents as most don't need cars given the excellent transport links. Bin collections and street maintenance are well-organized, with the area kept clean and tidy. The cleaning staff do an exceptional job in keeping the building spick and span. The 24/7 security at Sunday Mills also contributes to the overall feeling of safety in the neighborhood. There's virtually no anti-social behavior in the immediate area, making it feel safe even when returning home late at night. The only minor drawbacks are the lack of major retail shopping (you'd need to head to Southside Shopping Centre in Wandsworth for that) and the limited number of late-night dining options in the immediate vicinity, though central London is just a short train ride away for more extensive nightlife.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team deserves particular praise for their professionalism and responsiveness. The manager Marco and his exceptional team including Ethlin, Lexi, Lily, Eriona, and other ambassadors who we meet at reception/concierge are the warmest and loveliest folk at Folk! Not to add, uber resourceful and proactive. This is true for the "night managers" in situ as well, Z and Anmol in particular. The Sunday Mills team consistently elevate service experience for residents to 5* levels. Maintenance requests are typically addressed within 1-2 days and the 24/7 security presence provides peace of mind, and the common areas are kept immaculately clean. The property management team organizes a diverse weekly events program that caters to different interests - from fitness classes and educational workshops to social gatherings and cultural celebrations. These events have proven invaluable for meeting neighbors and building friendships within the community. I would also count most of the Sunday Mills staff mentioned above as mates -- it's hard not to, given what a fun, friendly, warm and helpful bunch they are!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing that I can think of. It's a case of whatever I have received so far is better than I expected.
