Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Although there’s a lot to do and has quite a bit of nature, it’s still quiet and peaceful. We’ve got Wimbledon, tooting & Wandsworth all 15 mins from Sunday Mills with about 100 things to do . In Earlsfield , you’re only bored if you want to be.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are all very responsive and there’s an app where you can request fixes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How close the train station is to Sunday Mills. Can be quite noisy sometimes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is literally 5 minutes walk away from the building, supermarket, train station, bus stops, restaurants,…
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The Folk app allows to raise any issue we have, everything is solved quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Small studios seems a bit scary at first but with all the common areas, it is finally more than enough

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nice peaceful location, close to train station but wish there was parking provided or provided at a fee.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Have not had a chance to use any of the building management services as I’ve not had any issues as of now.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing much really, knew most of the things I needed to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s close to the station, lots of local restaurants and the area is safe. No noise pollution and while limited there is parking in the evenings and weekend.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast response and they respect my space and are professional.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have lived to know more about parking before I moved it as it’s the only reason I could see myself eventually leaving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everyone is pretty friendly, it’s a cute vibe. Not terribly well connected to central London (reliant on trains), but when all is running smoothly it’s pretty easy to get in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brilliant - always speedy to resolve. Easy to report - just uploading pictures and short description on the app!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There was an issue with a fire next to the building last October (I think) when most had to vacate due to smoke coming through the vents. So wish I knew that in advance somehow!
