I really like this area, there is everything I need, GP, supermarkets open until late, off license 24/7, pharmacy a big shopping centre few stop after. Connected very good with central too

Fast and efficient. There is the app which is very comfortable and the answers by email are quick.

The washing ma shine how they work for me is the only inconvenience.

Earlsfield is lovely with good pubs and restaurants. This part of Earlsfield is nice and quiet too. The bin area can smell but to be expected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sink blocked fixed the same day after I notified Lexi.

I have been living in Sunday Mills for 9 months, and I can confidently say it’s an outstanding place to call home. The local high street offers a fantastic mix of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants, giving shoppers plenty of options. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It is a 6 minute walk from the development through a residential area before you get to the main road which feels safe and secure when out at night. The transport links are amazing, with trains frequently going to central London within 20 minutes even on a Sunday. I don't drive and parking nearby has not been an issue for any of my visitors. As the development is separated by a river, there isn't any traffic noise and the studios are well insulated to keep noise out from the train tracks located right next to the building. I cannot point out any bad aspects of living at Sunday Mills.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any queries or maintenance requests are handled on the same day and typically at my convenience, making the experience of living here stress-free.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live in Sunday Mills. If you’re looking for a modern, stylish, and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend it!

The location is convenient, close to rail station and several shops and restaurants. Lots of green space nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance is on-site, which is great. On the downside, it can sometimes take multiple requests to get something fixed. They seem a little understaffed and rushing through the requests.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building can be a social place or not; it is very much what you make of it. Participating in events and meeting the neighbours definitely makes it a more enjoyable experience.

Living in Earlsfield offers a good mix of convenience and comfort. The local area has a variety of shops, with high-quality independent stores and larger chains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes offering diverse cuisines, and the bars are friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. As for open spaces, Earlsfield has a few parks nearby. Transport links are very convenient, with Earlsfield Station providing quick access to central London via the overground, and a few bus routes nearby. The only downside, there is no underground station nearby. Living on my street is generally peaceful. Overall, it’s a comfortable area with a good balance of amenities and quiet residential life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management at Sunday Mills Co-Living has been excellent in responding to any issues I’ve raised. They are quick, efficient, and always ensure that problems are resolved promptly, making sure residents feel supported and comfortable in the space.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
À helpful tip for new neighbors would be to get familiar with the local amenities early on, as there are several great cafes, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, parking can be a bit tricky, especially in the evenings, so it’s good to have a backup plan for transport if you're relying on a car. Lastly, don’t hesitate to reach out to the property management team if you need anything— they’re very responsive and helpful!
