Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is incredibly close to the place, with Wimbledon Village right around the corner for anything Earlsfield doesn’t have as well as train connections to London Central to get there incredibly easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very kindly and fast. They have a good system in place where they can keep track of all inquiries and solve them as fast as they can.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I just wish I knew more about the events so I could be more active during the first few months I moved here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is very nice, quiet, upscale and convenient. Nice shops and pubs nearby, and also a GP surgery just around the corner

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have responded quickly and efficiently, and able to repair it fix most things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of storage would have been good to know prior to moving in. Difficult studios to live in 24/7. Feels like staff are mainly there to maintain aesthetics of building and company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is really lovely, and a bit like a village. There are good pubs and nice cafes with good food and coffee. Earlsfield Station is very handy for commuting to central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are very prompt and helpful! Issues have been dealt with fairly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew most things about the development but I wish there were more instructions on how to use the communal kitchen ovens etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area in it self is nice good pubs, cafes and supermarkets, however very inconvenient that there is no underground. The railway often have issue and sometimes whole lines are suspended during weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly been acknowledging and helpful, sometimes can be dismissive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe that the communication can be a bit rubbish considering the railway.

Haven’t experienced anything bad. Staff are very helpful. Building is cleaned regularly. Facilities are good and cover most of my needs

Haven’t had any issues, so wouldn’t be able to say
