We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

We had huge issues with condensation and leaking of our flat. This was due to the design. Originally management of the issue and our complaints was very poor but then the Katie the usual property manager came back from maternity leave and was amazing. We moved to another flat in the building and are happy there now.

The building itself is an old school so architecturally is stands out down the street. Most flats are double height spaces with mezzanine floors which are impressive spaces. There are large windows to most flat which bring in alot of light and these have recently been upgraded to double glazed. The interior design is nothing to phone home about. It is kept relatively clean in communal areas. There are no building facilities out side the flats themselves. it would be good to have a gym but I guess there was no more room after squeezing as many flats as you could in here. If i am honest the building management is pretty poor, there were several maintenance issue with our flat which took over a year to fix and that was after pestering. There is a major shortage of recycling bins (they overflow every month) no matter how many complains they haven't made the conscious effort to rectify the issue and benefit the environment.

The building has a lot of character, and the windows are great . Our flat is also really nice and it has been done to a good standard and very modern. The only issue is it’s very difficult to get in touch with the property managers. It’s pretty much impossible to reach them.

The building itself is beautiful. We had reservations on the internally facing windows but this has been fine (however I do think they should provide blinds). The building management is however awful and impossible to get hold of, they don’t make life easy and can also be rude.

The building itself is very nice. I like the style of the old school with big windows and apartments on the roof. The territory is private, which is also greets. However, it would be great to have more attention from the property managers, as sometimes it takes too much time to get an answer from them.
