How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever an issue arises, both Joels are incredibly responsive and efficient, ensuring everything is quickly taken care of. We trust them with every little glitch!

Not really. Maybe the bin system/alarm & how much the flat is overlooked by the neighbors.

Lots of great restaurants and full of community. Parking is great, really easy. Not very noisy at all

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response within 24 hours and actioned quickly. Great.

Lovely people. Helpful community. Lettings office is very close.

The area is quite good you can find almost all of the facilities and shops youd like weather it was local shop in peckham Library to restaurants and bars and sainsburys 2 minutes away that is open late and a big supermarket around 7 minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive and helpful whenever i needed them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really , it is better than I expected. I contacted them and asked about everything in advance since i was not in london and was as I expected.

It’s a convenient location. Various types of restaurants and bars are code by. You hear sirens throughout the day which can be annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reasonable timeframe if there are issues that need to be addressed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew there were police and ambulance sirens that pass all the time throughout the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to Peckham’s local bars and restaurants. Queens Road itself has pubs and wine bars close to it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems responded to quickly by the onsite team or external professionals.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better access to the garden - mainly used by residents walking dogs and isn’t always kept clean.
