Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This area of Peckham is fantastic with lots of shops and things to do on our weekends off work, I have even finally found a local pub to go to watch the football which is something I have rarely done in London. Transport links are fantastic with Queens Road Peckham and Peckham Rye both just a few minutes walk from the building. Bin collection is often quite prompt and everything gets taken. Very convenient it's been the best place myself and my partner have lived!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have always responded promptly without any need for further enquiries needed. Both incredibly lovely and understanding building managers and the best myself and my partner have ever had, it genuinely makes us want to stay here for longer - and I've never stayed in a place for longer than one year.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The referencing process when applying for the flat was a bit tedious and long, but that was due to the external company used. But it's all worth it in the end to acquire such a lovely flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is generally peaceful and well-connected. There are several shops, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance, making it easy to run errands or grab a quick bite. Public transport links are reliable with nearby bus stops and train stations offering easy access to the city. Parking is reasonable, though it can get tight during weekends. The neighbourhood feels safe overall, with minimal anti-social behaviour and regular bin collections.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is generally responsive and helpful. Whenever I’ve raised an issue whether it’s related to maintenance, cleaning or communal areas, it has been acknowledged promptly and resolved within a reasonable period. They also keep residents informed about any scheduled works or service updates which helps maintain transparency and trust.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that parking spaces could be quite limited during evenings and weekends guests. It would have been helpful to plan around that sooner. Aside from that, everything else about the development has met my expectations and I am happy with my decision to move here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Such a great area - super close to the overground windrush line and other trains. Loads of lovely restaurants, pubs and shops around, plus lots of green areas around too. I’ve always had positive encounters with people too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always responded and have had issues fixed! Thank you

There’s so much going on up in Peckham! Highly recommend people use instagram to look up daily events in the arches, bussey buildings etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living near Queens Road Peckham has a real mix of positives and drawbacks. On the plus side, there’s a great choice of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and larger parks like Burgess Park and Peckham Rye nearby for green space. Transport links are excellent, with the Overground, fast trains to central London and plenty of buses. On the downside, parking is quite limited, traffic and rail noise are noticeable, and the main road can feel busy at times. Bin collections are fairly reliable, and while there’s the occasional issue with noise or anti-social behaviour, the area overall feels lively, diverse and well-connected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally been responsive, addressing issues in a timely manner, though sometimes follow-ups are needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited the parking can be and how noticeable the traffic and rail noise is at certain times of day—things you don’t really pick up on during a short viewing. On the positive side, I also hadn’t realised just how handy the transport links would be, making commuting far easier than expected.
