The area is lovely with excellent local shops, cafes, and green spaces. Transport is reliable and easy to access. The street feels safe and friendly, parking is usually fine, and bin collections are consistent. Overall, a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nico and Kam are excellent staff members who always go above and beyond to help. They are warm, patient, and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel truly at home. They solve any issues quickly and efficiently, which gives you great peace of mind. Their positive attitude and professionalism bring an excellent vibe to the entire community.

I wish I had known how friendly and supportive the community is here.

Canary Wharf is clean, safe, well-connected and has great shops, parks, restaurants and transport. I genuinely enjoy living here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Niko is excellent. He’s always professional, friendly, and really goes out of his way to help. He’s reliable, easy to talk to, and brings a calm, positive presence to the building. It makes a big difference having someone like him around. He’s great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, everything has been great. The building is well-managed, the team is helpful, and the area is quiet and safe. There haven’t been any surprises—what you see is what you get, and it’s all been positive. I’ve had a really good experience living here.

Always a quick and speedy response, they are very helpful

I wish I knew how the overhead fan above the stove worked and how the front door locked. Would’ve saved me some embarrassment…

The maintenance team quite good!!! Our washing machine have problem, Colin replied and fixed in 1 h, so nice!!!! So efficiency!!!! Very kind!!!!!

I have not raised now, but I think they will reply soon if any problem!

Sailmakers in Canary Wharf - A Great Place to Live.

Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf offer a lot of excellent local shops, restaurants and services. We have a parking space in the building, traffic noise is minimal for us as we live on the 26th floor. We do hear the DLR if the windows are open, but we enjoy that aspect of living in a city. People in the area are hard to get to know as everyone rushes about and avoid eye contact, but that seems typical in a large city environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. It is a great peace of mind to know any issues that arise in your apartment will be dealt with expeditiously and with care and concern for your satisfaction. Great customer service!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We would like to get to know more of the other residents in the building. Management does sponsor various monthly events, often there are limited spaces and they happen irregularly. It might be nice if there was a consistant gathering that residents could attend to socialize and meet each other. Some other buildings offer a Wine Wednesday or a Coffee Corner where residents can gather. Developing community can increase renewals and longevity of tenants.
