Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

The good aspect is that it’s is very safe and peaceful as I often on night alas and I never felt scared or worried the bad aspect is the increasing price and that it is mandatory to pay a year in advance which is not very common

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they’ve helped locate my watch and resolved my issue in a timely manner

I don’t really like dogs and I wish I knew how many dogs I would encounter.

It is in a great and safe location. Everything someone may need is around the area. Very clean and organized streets and parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance service is excellent. Yesterday I asked for maintenance for my heating and this morning Dean Joáo came and fixed the problem. He was very kind and helpful to all of my questions.

Central location with good transportation links and it’s close to shops Some tenants smoke on their balconies

We submit tickets for service requests and get a quick response

Sometimes people smoke on their balconies but unfortunately it’s quite common in London and can happen in other buildings as well
