Emilia helped me a lot while renting and living. She was there everytime I needed something. The building was always clean and secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They helped me, especially Emilia. She responded to everyyy issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. Only IF I knew Emilia before, I wouldn’t need any other agent. She solved every problem that my agent couldn’t. I asked her many questions because it was my first time in london and living alone. Emilia told me everything about the heating, water, taxes, etc.

Very convenient neighborhood with many gyms and supermarkets. Very quiet at night and beautiful views if u live in a high floor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently, really helpful and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If we know how to use the oven, washing machine and other kitchen stuff would be great.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Within 3–5 minutes’ walk can find Tesco and Chinese supermarkets, and the DLR station is also very close which making transport very convenient. The sound insulation is much better compared to nearby apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been very responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn’t aware that the rubbish needs to be taken down to the basement level, but it’s not really a big issue.

Modern apartments with great facilities and responsive management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient with plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport links are strong, making commuting easy, and the area feels generally safe. There are also some nice open spaces nearby for walking or relaxing. The only downsides are that parking can be a little limited and, like most busy areas, there can be occasional traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally been responsive and helpful. When I reported maintenance issues, they were addressed within a reasonable period, and the team communicates updates clearly. The communal areas are kept tidy, and security is taken seriously, which adds to the overall sense of comfort and safety.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

After living here for four years, I don’t feel there was anything major I wish I had known beforehand — the apartment and facilities have met my expectations. Every thing has been great!

Great area, close enough to the tube. Can feel slightly unsafe at night and the DLR is a bit loud. Overall good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Colin from the maintenance team at Sailmakers is absolutely fantastic. He’s always friendly, approachable, and goes out of his way to be helpful. No matter the issue, Colin handles everything with a positive attitude and genuine care. It’s a pleasure having someone so reliable and cheerful around—he really makes a difference!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A lot of dogs around. Also don’t enjoy the fact that tenants can sublet to Airbnb. Feels a bit unsafe
