Sailmakers has to be the best development of the lot the staff are always helpful and the maintenance team are amazing. If there is an issue they are there same day. Everything is kept in pristine condition and there are always events put on for the residents.

Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

Numerous shops, restaurants, and other facilities are within walking distance. Additionally, the ample parking spaces available make it particularly accommodating for residents with vehicles.

Very good area around the building and proximity to the tube.

good living place

the gym is pretty nice,but the common working area can be more friendly,sometimes no wifi. I have been living for almost 2years. There's more and more activity in the apartment. super nice,good opportunities for neighbours to make friends. Emilia from the management team is soooo nice. She always helped me immediately without hesitation. She is also one of the reasons I wanna keeping living here.

good location,nearby dlr and can easily approach Chinese Markets,and different shops,like M&S,Waitrose. love it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

u can raise it through the email and they responded quite quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

At first I did not know our building has an Ig account until one neighbour told me that. I feel like I missed so many activities. Don’t forget follow it.

Pool Event amazing thanks to Dean, Orlando and Darian

The property is amazing. It contains a lot of facilities that make your life an incredible experience. The best part of the building are the events organised by the team working in the building. It is always a great time to thanks to Dean, Orlando and Darian. I just wish the gym had more equipment, that there was a table tennis table and that both of the bedrooms had an air conditioner.

The area Canary Wharf is an amazing area. It has plenty shops and places to hang out for dinner or lunch. It is a very safe place. Not very crowded or exploded. Very well connected area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always quick to answer and fix any problem that we ever had. Very responsive people.

The maintenance team is really quick to answer to any ticket opened. The facilities are amazing and the whole team working there are really helpful and increases your overall quality of life

The building has a great design, all the communal areas are always clean and tidy. The gym is great, I wish there were only a few more machines there to make it more complete and sometimes the music is low. In the lounge room, apart from the pool it would be nice to have a table tennis as well. As for the management they are all very nice and attentive. Specially Dean, Orlando and Darian organized the pool event and it was really fun! Maintenance is also great, they are very efficient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very well connected area with plenty of social activities to do around in Canary Wharf. Noise levels are low and it is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very attentive and effective fixing any issues we’ve had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That one of the bedrooms does not have an air conditioning system integrated.
