There are residential gym, lounges, cinema room, dining room, conference rooms in the two buildings managed by sailmakers. The staff here is extremely friendly and responsive.
Underground parking space (paid separately), including bike storage (free).
In the windy days, sometimes you could hear the wind howling, which isn’t great.

Situated right next to the South Quay DLR station. 10 minutes walk from Jubilee mall and Canary Wharf proper.
Traffic noise is minimal but sometimes you can hear it (DLR, and some speeding cars).
Depending on the neighbours, there could be noises (anti-social behaviours) since the area is extremely built-up.

The residents in these buildings are very much mixed. There are students, professionals and what not.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been very responsive and helpful in dealing with a complaint we had
Efficient and convenient
Great design and facilities in the building, helpful and efficient staff. There is one common room on the first floor with some computer, one gym on the 34th floor with excellent view, one club lounge on the 35th floor, great for a group of friends. this apartment is also pet friendly

Very convenient location, lots of restaurants and bars around, one big Waitrose and two big asian markets
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I generally raise some maintenance issues via the property website and someone will come to our apartment the second day to fix it. Staff are very nice and helpful, especially Dean Joān. every time there is something wrong in the apartment, he reacts very fast and always solve the problem.
Modern place but bad neighbours which management can’t control…
Pros: concierge service which you pay for, new and modern furnishing, safe and clean area, 3 mins walk from DLR station, good facilities like gym
Cons: not much characteristics around this area, really noisy neighbours who blast loud music and the management can’t do much to help which really disturbs your peace and quiet, especially during sleep time!!!! They also charge pet rent per pet per month.

New and modern apartment near DLR. Noisy neighbours playing loud music through the day and night. High rent.

Wish I knew I had loud and inconsiderate neighbours, I wouldn’t have agreed to stay in my current unit. Recommend you talk to your nearby neighbours if possible, to get feedback before signing contract.

Responds quickly to request for maintenance issues since there’s an in house team

Decent build – minor quirks/nooks in rooms and size of storage cupboard. World class facilities, building and property management – friendly, professional, and very responsive. Thank you especially Dean Joāo in Maintenance and Abigail in Leasing for your courteous, responsive, caring works. You guys have made my experiences to date at Sailmaker an absolute delight. I feel comfortable and confident living here thanks.

Good: adjacent transport and public spaces like the docks – convenient location. Good building insulation. Friendly, professional, and responsive staff. Bad: rumbling of the DLR at shoulder hours.

Minor rumbling of DLR (I am a light sleeper) at shoulder hours. How professionally cool and responsive the team at Sailmakers are!

Issues with hot water and leaking window acknowledged, inspected, and solution advised swiftly and professionally. Clear communication and responsible mindset. Worthy of trust. Thank you Dean Joāo.
Replies from property management are a bit slow
Sometimes the replies from property management and the reception are a bit slow, so problems accumulate and are not solved immediately. Apart from that, other aspects such as the design, facilities are decent. It is easy to access to the gym and club lounges.

Transport is convenient, with a DLR station nearby. Accessible to quite an amount of groceries and restaurants.

Know the facilities better before moving in and sometime to tell us how the portal and the parcel system works.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had to ask for several repair and maintenances, the person in charge (Dean Joāo) is very efficient and quick in helping.
Nice facilities
The building looks nice and modern. Nice facilities like lounges, and especially the gym, where residents can access easily. It also has nice views. The management often holds events like Halloween night. There are items that we can rent using Tulu as well.

The area is nice and quiet, a bit far away from central London but can get to Bank via DLR within 20 minutes. Lots of shops around the Canary Wharf area.

Portal system is difficult to register, and we had to communicate with the reception several times before gaining access. It has a lot of important functions so would recommend getting that registered asap.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance staff Dean Joāo responded well to our maintenance requests. In particular, when our washing machine broke, he responded and replaced it very quickly. He also has a nice attitude.
Maintenance at Sailmakers
The design of the building is great. Facilities are wonderful. Property management is good however they take a while to reply. The maintenance team, however, is absolutely wonderful. Dean Joāo was extremely friendly, professional and was quick to reply and act. Thank you!

Building’s location is very convenient and I don’t hear much noise. Just wish the building had a trash chute!

I wish I knew the place was pet friendly as I do have allergies. I also wish it had a trash chute.

I asked for an amendment on my contract however the management are yet to respond. They’re not great in replying quickly.

Ever since first contact, Emilia from the team helped me to get everything arranged but also got everything sorted out on the next day. Any problems you face gets adressed immediately. Thank you Emilia and the maintenance team for all of your kind help and dedication.

The area is good, cafes and supermarkets are plenty. Numerous restaurants with different cuisines, close to DLR.

Best development I’ve ever lived in
Everything is top notch quality – from the structure to furniture. The staff are amazing, if there’s any problems, it gets fixed immediately. We had our dishwasher break down the other day and it was fixed immediately. Most importantly, The concierge staff are all amazing, helpful, and professional.

Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and with a great water view. The local pubs sit right next to the water, lots of sunny Sunday roasts looking out the canal

Immediately, no delays. Had dishwasher broke and was fixed immediately

All of the areas being dog friendly makes such a difference
The design of the building is fantastic, facilities are great and have already been able to make so many friends because of them. All of the areas being dog friendly makes such a difference to being able to socialise with the dog. And the events the building hold from time to time are fantastic.

Great area with easy access to great bars and shops. Sailmakers also has a zapp facility in the same building which is amazingly convenient.

I had an issue with plumbing and maintenance emailed me back almost immediately to confirm an appointment, very friendly!

Excellent and very modern . State of the art facilities. Excellent maintenance and customer service . All facilities are provided whether it’s a gym, dining room , lounges etc . One of the best buildings in Canary Wharf. Great teams which are always helpful in all departments.
