Canary Wharf is clean and tidy with excellent shopping and restaurants. Public transport easily accessible across London. An amazing place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes as above and dealt with the problem professionally and efficiently. I have had a few issues and not had any problem sorting them out and this has been acted on quickly .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have been happy with the apartment and facilities. I would say though the biggest let down is the gym. Not much equipment for leg day!

Apartment property is well connected with many tubes you can take including night tubes which are convenient. Heaps of grocery store options including a shopping mall where you can get everything within 10 mins!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have a good system in place to raise issues and their team comes quite quickly to resolve the issue.

Honestly great location, high quality apartments with management that knows how to look after you.

Tesco, co op, Asda, Waitrose, tian tian plus Canary Wharf shopping centres. Lots of transport links: jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR. Lots of bars and restaurants. Private parking in building available and bike storage. Bins collected regularly. Apartment pretty much soundproof when windows closed

Quickly, Promptly and to a high standard. Maintenance staff also very friendly and personable

Really convenient with lots of stores, gyms, restaurants nearby. The area feels really safe at all times!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the management has been great about resolving all issues promptly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Pick up your parcels from the parcel room as soon as they deliver! It’s sometimes too full and is easy for parcels to get lost

Easy access to DLR and tubes. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making the area very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The thing I appreciate most is the maintenance service. You can log an issue through the app and it’s usually addressed the same day during working hours. I’ve had Colin Orland, a maintenance team member, fix multiple issues in my flat. He always communicates clearly and does quality work. Just last week my oven glass shattered, and Colin had it sorted within a few hours of me logging the ticket. Overall, the management and responsiveness make living here much easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really — they provide a pretty good viewing. My only positive surprise was discovering the clothing recycling bin.
