Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf offer a lot of excellent local shops, restaurants and services. We have a parking space in the building, traffic noise is minimal for us as we live on the 26th floor. We do hear the DLR if the windows are open, but we enjoy that aspect of living in a city. People in the area are hard to get to know as everyone rushes about and avoid eye contact, but that seems typical in a large city environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. It is a great peace of mind to know any issues that arise in your apartment will be dealt with expeditiously and with care and concern for your satisfaction. Great customer service!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We would like to get to know more of the other residents in the building. Management does sponsor various monthly events, often there are limited spaces and they happen irregularly. It might be nice if there was a consistant gathering that residents could attend to socialize and meet each other. Some other buildings offer a Wine Wednesday or a Coffee Corner where residents can gather. Developing community can increase renewals and longevity of tenants.

Canary wharf is a great and safe place to live with lots of supermarkets and restaurants and tube stations nearby.

Yes the building management responded to the questions I have raised.

There are two buildings at Sailmakers Ostro and Sirocco. Do a tour to figure out which one you like more in terms of facilities and amenities.

Feeling safe and premium life standard. Good insulation and great community. Good proximity from public transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Colin is super helpful , he is always super responsive and quick in finding solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The maintenance is one of the best things, it is great that the building is self-managed and you avoid interacting with a third party landlord
