Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A great place to live! The apartment is well-equipped with all the essential facilities needed for comfortable everyday living. The inclusion of a dedicated workspace is a real plus — it’s ideal for working or studying from home and makes it easier to manage the fast-paced, often stressful rhythm of life in London. The management team and support staff are responsive, friendly, and always willing to help, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and supportive living environment in the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised an issue. They communicate clearly, act promptly, and make sure problems are resolved efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that any concerns are taken seriously and handled with genuine care for residents’ comfort and satisfaction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would appreciate it if the condition of the apartment could be documented and verified by the management team, rather than relying on residents to take photos themselves. It would make the move-in process smoother and ensure a fair, consistent record of the apartment’s condition for everyone.

I really like that the area is quiet but also safe at the same time and the best of it all is that there is a big grocery two minutes away
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Great and easy to communicate .they accept any feedback
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything was clear! But maybe that if we want to book a facility like bbq machine or a room we need to pay for it and it’s a bit unaffordable

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is generally pleasant and convenient — there are plenty of shops, cafes, and green spaces within walking distance. Public transport is reliable, with good connections to the city centre. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet most of the time. The only downside is limited parking availability during weekends and occasional noise from nearby main roads.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast and very responsible. All the problems were solved in very short period of time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I really got none. I would like to know that Saad works here. Than, I would move in quicker

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has its distinct pros and cons. On the positive side, the range of local shops is quite impressive—there are several well-stocked supermarkets, cozy bookstores, and boutique shops that cater to diverse needs. The restaurants and bars offer a variety of cuisines, from authentic local dishes to international flavors, and many have charming atmospheres. There’s also a beautiful park with lush greenery and walking trails, which is perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Transport links are fairly convenient too; there are regular bus services and a subway station within a 10-minute walk, making commuting to the city center or other parts of town easy. However, there are some drawbacks. While most shops are great, a few essential ones like a 24-hour pharmacy are missing. Parking on my street is a constant issue—there are never enough spaces, so finding a spot often takes ages. Bin collections are sometimes inconsistent, leading to occasional litter problems. Also, during peak hours, the traffic noise from the nearby main road can be quite disruptive, and there’s been a bit of anti-social behavior like loud parties on weekends, which disturbs the peace. All in all, it’s a mostly pleasant area but has room for improvement in these aspects.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I reported a faulty elevator and a leak in the communal area, the building management, led by Saad, responded promptly. They acknowledged the issues within hours, sent technicians to assess and fix them within a day, and followed up to ensure everything was resolved satisfactorily. Their efficiency and proactiveness were impressive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the occasional late-night construction noise from a nearby project, which can be a bit disruptive on some days. Also, while the parking spaces are available, they fill up very quickly during weekends, so it's better to plan ahead or use public transport then. Additionally, the community events organized by the management are quite frequent and fun— joining them earlier would have helped me integrate into the neighborhood faster.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my area is very convenient. There is a supermarket just downstairs with a wide range of products, including many Southeast Asian fruits that are hard to find elsewhere. Within a 5-minute walk, there is also a large Tesco, and the underground station is only three minutes away without even needing to cross the road. Next to the station, there is a Sainsbury’s as well. The street is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with good bin collection and no noticeable anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responds very quickly to any issues. There is a 24-hour reception and the WhatsApp support is always available. Whenever I have a problem, they reply promptly and offer help with a friendly attitude.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the details of utilities before moving in, such as how the Wi-Fi, water, and electricity bills are managed and paid. It would have been helpful to understand these arrangements in advance to make the move-in process even smoother.
Manager response
Thank you so much, Doro, for your wonderful feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the facilities, convenient location, and the support from our building management team. We appreciate your comment about the utilities information — thank you for highlighting this. Please note that a welcome email was sent at the start of your tenancy, which included full details about the utilities (Wi-Fi, water, and electricity) and how they are managed. If you’d like us to resend it or clarify anything, we’d be more than happy to do so. We’re so pleased that you’re enjoying your home and community here, and we truly value having you as a resident. Warm regards, Darek
