Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area is generally convenient and pleasant. There are several supermarkets close by, and both the tube station and bus station are only a short walk away, making transport easy and reliable. The chute system for rubbish works well most of the time, although it does occasionally stop working. Overall, the neighbourhood has good access to daily essentials and feels comfortable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been really responsive whenever I’ve raised any problems. They usually acknowledge issues quickly, keep me updated on progress, and follow through until everything is resolved. Their communication is clear, and they make an effort to ensure that any concerns are handled professionally and efficiently, which I really appreciate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I wish I had known before moving in. Nothing unexpected has come up, and everything has been pretty much as expected from the viewing.

Generally really nice - the building is new and clean, the area as well is really convenient for travel with a nearby tube station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had a small issue with our towel rail heating and when reported, they came the same day to show us how it works.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the building was this close to a big grocery store because I wouldve decided to move in sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is extremely convenient on the daily, easy access to the tube, gas station, grocery stores, pharmacy etc. It doesn’t have many cafes or restaurants within its close proximity, but it is relatively close to some. Living on this street is very calm, quiet and safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately and with care. Especially Darek and Helga, they are both very dedicated and clearly care about the tenants and our experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is very young, which for us was perfect. But not to say it’s noisy or immature in any way, I think it’s a very good balance. We have never dealt with complaints, noise or disturbance. Even when we were being a bit noisy one time, the staff that came was extremely polite and well spoken. The energy this building has is chill, and private. It doesn’t feel like you have hundreds of neighbors.

Transport links are excellent — the tube station is only a 1-minute walk away, providing quick and easy access across London. Several bus routes also operate nearby. Within a short walk, you’ll find a Tesco and Amazon Fresh for everyday groceries. There’s also a gym very close by, making it convenient for fitness enthusiasts.

located very close to the tube station, have few mini markets nearby. also has a bus stop very close to the apartment building

always quickly responded to my questions and issues (not that I have many)
