Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although the area is not very central, it is developing with new businesses, both recreational and shops. Already you can take care of a lot of things within walking distance, and the surrondings are relatively safe; soon it will be possible to live a full life in the area (Restaurant density could improve, as well as cultural spots). Neighbouring families and people are friendly in general. At the same time, it is super practical to get to Central and West London given the proximity of the underground and bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually promptly. Haven't had bad experiences personally.

I believe everything was disclosed or self-evident.

The area is peaceful, safe, and well-maintained, with a lovely community atmosphere. It is also convenient and easily accessible, with shops, restaurants, and other essential amenities nearby. Overall, it is a very comfortable and pleasant area to live in, and we always felt at home and well looked after during our stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt with their responses all the time and also respectful of guest privacy

The communal areas such as private dining rooms bbq spaces have to be payed for if you want to book them

The local area is very convenient and well connected by public transport, making it easy to travel around London. There are supermarkets and other useful shops nearby, and the area is generally quiet and pleasant to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been helpful and responsive whenever I have raised an issue. Problems are usually dealt with efficiently, and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient the area would be before moving in. The transport links are very useful and there are plenty of everyday amenities nearby. Overall, there haven’t been any major surprises and I have enjoyed living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Riverstone Heights by Way of Life is located in a residential section of Bromley-by-Bow, which automatically translates into fewer local shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces. Accessing local shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces would require residents to travel to Stratford/Bow/Poplar. There are a variety of supermarkets offering everything one would need for a household in the vicinity, which is the biggest advantage of living here. Tube and bus connectivity is exceptional. No parking inside or outside the apartment, bin collection takes place regularly, no reports of anti-social behaviour while we lived at the apartment and bare minimum traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helga, Saad, Darek, Kristina and Simona were lovely to work with throughout our tenancy and they mostly resolved all our problems/issues. The temporary staff at the concierge were extremely helpful as well.

Everything at this apartment was perfect and the location was the primary reason behind selecting it! Rochelle and I loved our stay at Riverstone Heights by Way of Life, throughout our 3-year tenancy. Really miss the apartment and the folks working there too, but we hope to cross paths with all of you, at some point of time in the future.

Living in this area has been a really positive experience. There are plenty of useful amenities nearby, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shops, making everyday life very convenient. The transport connections are also a big advantage, with easy access to buses and stations that make getting around London simple. The street itself feels calm and safe, with regular bin collections and no major issues with noise or traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been very helpful and responsive whenever we have raised any questions or concerns. They communicate clearly and work quickly to find solutions, which has made the experience much easier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the location would be. The transport links, nearby shops, and overall atmosphere of the area make daily life very easy. I would also recommend new neighbours getting familiar with the building facilities and management team, as they are very supportive.
