Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects - Its a great location for public transport, a 3-4 min walk to the station! The big tescos is also only 5 mins away as well as canal walks and some great shops. There is a gym 1 min walk away and i think the views from the 27 floor are incredible. I’ve often worked from the 1st floor which has been really handy. The people at the front desk have always been exceptional and so helpful and kind at all times of the day/night. Bad aspects - i wouldnt say bad but because of the proximity to the A12 the balcony becomes dusty quickly as well as when windows are open. The bin shoots are often out of order which i dont mind carrying the rubbish down but I have noticed others havent. Would be nice to have air-con as the weather heats up.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have answered well - always have someone come look with the week

That there arent any coffee shops in walking distance - that would be nice

The location is very convenient, with a tube station and Tesco both within close walking distance, making it easy to get around and access everything you need. One downside is that it can get quite noisy, especially with the windows open, due to the surrounding traffic and training.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been friendly, approachable and responsive when issues have been raised. They are helpful in keeping residents informed and arranging maintenance when needed. Overall the team is supportive and easy to communicate with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to be aware of is that the area can get quite noisy, particularly with the windows open, so this is worth considering if you prefer a quieter environment. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here and would recommend it to new neighbours

Good things there is tesco near by and district line so central is close. Stratford and canary warf are also close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did not raise any yet but i m sure they are helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To get to cannary warf the bus is not frequent so you should know its time not like the tube every 2 min but there is the dlr (10 min walk)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although the area is not very central, it is developing with new businesses, both recreational and shops. Already you can take care of a lot of things within walking distance, and the surrondings are relatively safe; soon it will be possible to live a full life in the area (Restaurant density could improve, as well as cultural spots). Neighbouring families and people are friendly in general. At the same time, it is super practical to get to Central and West London given the proximity of the underground and bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually promptly. Haven't had bad experiences personally.

I believe everything was disclosed or self-evident.

The area is peaceful, safe, and well-maintained, with a lovely community atmosphere. It is also convenient and easily accessible, with shops, restaurants, and other essential amenities nearby. Overall, it is a very comfortable and pleasant area to live in, and we always felt at home and well looked after during our stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt with their responses all the time and also respectful of guest privacy

The communal areas such as private dining rooms bbq spaces have to be payed for if you want to book them
