Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my area is very convenient. There is a supermarket just downstairs with a wide range of products, including many Southeast Asian fruits that are hard to find elsewhere. Within a 5-minute walk, there is also a large Tesco, and the underground station is only three minutes away without even needing to cross the road. Next to the station, there is a Sainsbury’s as well. The street is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with good bin collection and no noticeable anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responds very quickly to any issues. There is a 24-hour reception and the WhatsApp support is always available. Whenever I have a problem, they reply promptly and offer help with a friendly attitude.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the details of utilities before moving in, such as how the Wi-Fi, water, and electricity bills are managed and paid. It would have been helpful to understand these arrangements in advance to make the move-in process even smoother.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local shops are very convenient and easy to access, while restaurants and bars are a bit further away but still manageable. Transport links are reliable and convenient, making it easy to get around. One small drawback is that outdoor temporary parking is quite limited when friends come to visit. Waste collection is handled well, and so far there have been no issues with anti-social behaviour or traffic noise. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive to issues. For example, they actively addressed our request regarding a leaking toilet. However, my mattress had a strong odour when I moved in. Although I treated it myself and the situation improved, I would still prefer a replacement. I am also concerned that if the issue persists, it may cause disputes about responsibility when I move out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the room orientation and whether it receives direct sunlight before moving in. This would help new residents better plan their living space and daily routine.

We are glad to hear that you are happy with the service we provide and handle any maintenance issues promptly. At Riverstone Heights we are very proud of our communal areas for our residents however we don't have a capacity or space for gym or additional underground parking space for visitors. A lot of our residents find the gym which is just 1 minute walk away very convenient. Sorry to hear about your mattress, we use mattress protectors for our apartments and always make sure there is a new one for the beginning of the tenancy. If this wasn't a case please reach out to us and we will be able to provide new mattress protector for you. If the orientation of your apartment wasn't mentioned on your viewing, you could always ask as all our staff know the all the apartments very well. i love the river and the tesco, and how close the station is, there aren't many options tho and no city culture in front of the door as there is no businesses nearby, the location is disappointing apart from the first two things mentioned. there are workers at the building that has made sexual comments to me, and there is a group of construction workers that would get drunk and make nasty cat calls.

badly, i was in contact with them over whatsapp about our issues and they were ignored

if my apartment would be cleaned before moving in, and how annoying the post is, and that there wont be parking available

We're very pleased to hear that you had a wonderful experience with Helga and our resident hosts – your kind words are truly appreciated. Regarding your comments about the hosts not always being present at the reception desk, please note that, unlike concierge staff, resident hosts also attend to various tasks throughout the building; for example carrying out patrol and safety check, assisting other tenants, doing viewings or induction for new residents. For any urgent assistance – such as being locked out if you left your keys at home – we encourage residents to contact the WhatsApp number provided or call the Riverstone Heights direct line. This ensures timely support, particularly in situations where waiting outside could be uncomfortable. Concerning your point about parcels, we do have a designated parcel room where delivery companies are instructed to leave packages and use the parcel lockers. However, tracking and delivery accuracy remain the responsibility of the courier. If a package goes missing, we recommend contacting the delivery company directly to review any tracking information or delivery photos they may have. With regard to our communal areas – including the co-working space, private dining room, and residents’ lounge – these are available for residents to use free of charge. A fee is only required when reserving these amenities for private events on the 27th floor. We believe this provides added value and flexibility compared to hiring external venues in London. We’re sorry to hear that the location did not meet your expectations. We understand that preferences vary – some residents appreciate the residential atmosphere and proximity to transport, while others may prefer to be in busier locations on London to have everything right outside your doorstep however we do discuss this at the point of viewing Riverstone Heights where people have the chance to see the surrounding area before their arrival and decide wheater this is the right place for them. Regarding the cleaning concerns, we regret that the initial issues were not reported sooner. Unfortunately, by the time we were informed (a few weeks after move-in), we were unable to follow up with the original cleaning company. However, our records show that we did arrange for a cleaner to visit and address the concerns you had, and we hope this helped improve your experience. We were particularly troubled to hear about the inappropriate comments and behaviour by contractors on-site. This is unacceptable and should have been reported immediately. Please email us directly at riverstoneheights@wayoflife.com with the date, time, and any details of the incident so that we can complete an incident report and escalate the matter to the contractor’s company management team. Your safety and comfort are a top priority, and we take such matters very seriously. We hope you continue to enjoy the aspects of Riverstone Heights that you value. The property management is excellent and the apartment facilities are great.The property management staff are very nice, especially Saad. I went down at 3 a.m. and couldn't find my package. He patiently helped me find it.

The management team responds to emails very promptly. As long as it's within their working hours, they will answer your questions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before I moved in, I already knew that the environment and facilities of this apartment were very good, including a large Tesco nearby and convenient access to buses and subways.

Very well connected only a 2 minute walk from Bromley-by-Bow tube station. Easy access also to Westfield Stratford and cycle lanes along the mile end road. Plenty of bike storage. Only downside is the lack of car parking though zip car club is useful
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes in a timely manner. Efficient system for reporting defects with staff around/available on site both in and out of hours if any issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Flats can get quite warm in the summer time and requires diligent closing of blinds/opening windows at night + fans to keep cool though this does also mean heating is very infrequently used
