Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living in Riverstone heights for a year now and I truly have had a wonderful experience as there’s a big Tesco and a sainsbury’s just 2mins away. The tube station being on a 2mins walk is the best part as it allows easy commute throughout London. It’s pretty close to Stratford and Canary Wharf which definitely are great places to chill, shop, as well as for entertainment. It also has been extremely safe living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has responded immediately every time we have had any problems or enquiries about anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have nothing say here. It’s been a pleasant stay and I am glad I found this property last year.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area, very green, big Tesco next door. A little quiet and lack of cafe's, restaurants nearby. Would be nice to have more local spots

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive, usually hear back within a couple of hours and the helpful team are always downstairs and to hand if urgent.

I've already been here for 12 months and recently renewed.

Daily life here is convenient. Bus station, underground and a extra Tesco just walk in about 5 minutes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I report repairs, Iga contacted me and solved the problem effectively.

The 27th floor have a great view showing the surrounding and landscape.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good area. There is a Tesco near by and the tube station is less than one minute walk. I highly recommend

Yes they have been very responsive. Very good onsite team.

Nothing. The location and development is great I highly recommend.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Having grown up in this area I've seen this development become a very attractive place to live. The location of the apartment is minutes away from the train station and in walking distance of shopping amenities. The one thing which still lacks in Bow is Cafes and Restaurants for the occasional lunch, breakfast.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and all have been dealt with very swiftly. The moving within the building to a 2 bedroom and a door handle issue was handled very quickly by Iga.

The building amenities timelines should've been made clear from the start.
