Local area is great theres a tesco superstore 5 min walk away and the underground station is also amazing as its only a 2 min walk and trains are well connected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond immediately which is the best part, the app is very useful too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Didnt know the location of the buidling is literally perfect. Theres tesco superstore 5 mins walk away n the station which is like 2 mins walk and also the gym group is literally next door, plus the stratford westfield is just 20 mins by bus n its a huge mall i love it. The building location is perfect and literally has everything one can ask for.

And you’re absolutely right — Westfield Stratford City is super close too, only an 8-minute D8 bus ride from the stop just outside Bromley-by-Bow station, or a quick 10-minute cycle. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shops are excellent—there is one large store and one smaller one, which makes daily life very convenient. I haven’t seen any restaurants nearby, but the public spaces are very well maintained. Transport links are also extremely convenient. Living here feels very comfortable mainly because the property management staff are responsible and attentive. I don’t have a car, so I can’t comment on parking, but disposing of rubbish is very easy. There have been occasional incidents involving teenagers trying to snatch phones or making racist jokes toward us, but the adults in the community are generally very kind. The soundproofing is also very good, so we don’t hear much noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

One day, I needed to print something but couldn't find a place to do it. The front desk of the apartment immediately helped me print it! Usually, when I can't find my packages, the staff are also very proactive in helping me look for them together.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Where can I find the mailbox and parcel collection area? 6. How does the building handle deliveries and large packages? 7. What are the rules for waste disposal and recycling? 8. Is there a designated parking space or do I need to apply for one? 9. How do I submit maintenance or repair requests? 10. Are there any important building rules I should know (noise, pets, facilities, etc.)? 11. How do I access shared facilities like the gym, lounge, or bike storage? 12. Who should I contact in case of emergencies or urgent issues?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tube station 1 minute walk away and 30mins to Liverpool st station direct , large tesco next door. What else do you need ?! Potentially a good cafe will make this location spot on. Whats great is a loading bay area for your delivery van (basement, if small enough, and outdoors for the rest) to bring in your belongings conveniently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, almost immediately . We had minor issues in the toilet and the ceiling which they helped address - theres a convenient whatsapp number u can message the team on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

At your doorstep you may not necessarily have access to a good cafe for your barista fixes - the nearest is at Bow Road which is not too far and the fact the a huge Tesco and the tube station a minute away from the entrance meant that the tradeoff is fine for us. This is a build- to-rent property which means that the team will have your keys and may need to enter while you are away to conduct maintenance.

Absolutely love the proximity to convenient stores and the station. Theres a good amount of takeout pots to discover. It’s also quiet and safe neighbourhood to live in. The only thing I wish was better is availability of free parking.

I’ve raised one issue and it was dealt with as quickly as possible

I would have love to know that some service providers don’t work efficiently here
