I really love the place and the teamwork they always available for help specially Amro super nice guy .

Good connections to the city by underground lines which are very close by. Good range of shops in the surrounding areas too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have on occasion raised small repairs and maintenence queries with the building manager Darek who has responded promptly and organized the right people to help out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have a walk around the nearby areas as the surroundings are also important

This has been a lovely area to live at, the environment around and inside the building both are very pleasant and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always helpful and quick to reply, I couldn’t be happier

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the rail noise could sometimes be louder than I’d like, since when windows are open, it can sometimes get a bit loud… that’s all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Riverstone Heights is located in a relatively quiet and open area. While the location feels a bit remote, it’s still quite convenient overall. There’s a large supermarket just next to the building, which makes daily shopping easy, although restaurant options nearby are limited. The area is well-connected by public transport, with a tube station within walking distance. The street is generally clean and peaceful, and I haven’t experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had to raise any issues so far, but the building management has always seemed professional and approachable. The concierge is usually friendly and available, and the overall organisation of the property gives the impression that any future concerns would be handled efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to be aware of is that the area can feel a bit isolated, especially if you don’t drive. While there’s a large supermarket nearby and a tube station within walking distance, restaurant and café options are quite limited. It’s a great place if you value peace and don’t mind a quieter neighbourhood.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is accessible and near to tube station. The area is safe as well even though after midnight, well lit area. Bin collection is efficient and ensure the building is kept clean at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are fast and responsive and take actions accordingly.so we are happy and satisfied with their overall building management.

Nil. I dont think I have any bad insights so far from staying here etc.
