Very close to the tesco and subway all the residents are super nice! Nothing to complaint we love the place

They respond and fix our problem very quickly always accountable

Honestly I think we got most info we needed :) we had a smooth move in

Riverstone Heights is located in a relatively quiet and open area. While the location feels a bit remote, it’s still quite convenient overall. There’s a large supermarket just next to the building, which makes daily shopping easy, although restaurant options nearby are limited. The area is well-connected by public transport, with a tube station within walking distance. The street is generally clean and peaceful, and I haven’t experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had to raise any issues so far, but the building management has always seemed professional and approachable. The concierge is usually friendly and available, and the overall organisation of the property gives the impression that any future concerns would be handled efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to be aware of is that the area can feel a bit isolated, especially if you don’t drive. While there’s a large supermarket nearby and a tube station within walking distance, restaurant and café options are quite limited. It’s a great place if you value peace and don’t mind a quieter neighbourhood.

Location is accessible and near to tube station. The area is safe as well even though after midnight, well lit area. Bin collection is efficient and ensure the building is kept clean at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are fast and responsive and take actions accordingly.so we are happy and satisfied with their overall building management.

Nil. I dont think I have any bad insights so far from staying here etc.

Living in my local area has both its advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, the community is generally quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops, public transport, and recreational areas. The building is well-maintained, and the management team—especially Saad, who serves as the concierge, and Beverly—are both incredibly helpful and professional. They are always approachable and quick to assist with any concerns, which really enhances the overall quality of life here. However, there are a few downsides as well. At times, parking can be a challenge, and occasional noise from nearby construction can be disruptive. Still, the attentiveness and support from Saad and Beverly go a long way in making this a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised any issues. Saad, the concierge, and Beverly from the management team have consistently handled concerns quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s a maintenance issue or a general inquiry, they follow up promptly and ensure the problem is resolved with minimal hassle. Their support has made a big difference in maintaining a positive living experience.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking can sometimes be limited or challenging, especially during peak hours. It would have been helpful to understand the availability and options for parking in advance. Additionally, occasional noise from nearby construction wasn’t something I anticipated, and knowing about that beforehand would have helped set more realistic expectations.

There’s a large Tesco just a three-minute walk away, which makes shopping for daily essentials super easy. We also have a well-equipped gym nearby. Transportation is excellent—there are multiple travel options including buses and the underground, and all stations are within walking distance. The apartment building is very secure, with a proper entry system for safety. The only downside is that the metro line is quite close, so there’s some noise from passing trains, but it’s generally manageable and doesn’t affect everyday life too much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded promptly to any repair requests I’ve raised. They follow up in a timely manner, arrange for maintenance personnel, and schedule appointments efficiently. Their responsiveness has been reassuring and much appreciated.

It would be better to give a reminder about the potential noise of the train.
