We also appreciate your honest comment regarding air conditioning. While the building does not have traditional air conditioning, each apartment is fitted with an MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) system, which provides a continuous 24-hour supply of fresh, filtered air. Finally, we’re pleased to hear that our team has been responsive and quick to address any issues you’ve raised. Providing prompt and reliable support is very important to us.
