Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient and pleasant to live in. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby, which makes day-to-day life easy. Public transport links are good, with bus and train/tube options within a reasonable distance. There are also some nice open spaces for walks and exercise. The street is generally quiet and feels safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally responded well to any issues raised. They are polite and helpful, and most problems have been dealt with within a reasonable timeframe. Communication has been clear, and I feel that they take residents’ concerns seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking can sometimes be limited at busy times, so it is worth planning ahead if you have a car or regular visitors. Apart from that, the development is convenient, comfortable and easy to settle into.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is always construction work going on. Lovely facilities but doesn't really mean much when you can't use them all the time. Super easy to get to central London though, and lots of options for walks/running.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Trying to get help from them is the equivalent of speaking to an Amazon chatbot that doesn't understand English.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I had known how much money and sleep I would lose from these issues and the lack of help from management, I would not have moved in. I'm not sure if any other apartments have the same issue, but apparently, there was another person who had a similar issue in the past, and they also provided no help in his case. Lovely place, but would not recommend moving into *number removed* or even trying to seek help from management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Riverstone Heights on Reed Avenue has been a genuinely positive experience overall. The transport links are a real highlight — Bromley-by-Bow tube station is literally a 2-minute walk, putting Canary Wharf just 14 minutes away and Bank under 30. For anyone commuting into the City or Docklands, it's hard to beat. The building itself is well-managed with a concierge, roof terrace, and shared spaces that make day-to-day life comfortable. The River Lea is close by for walks and cycling, and Victoria Park is reachable on foot — a great green escape. A big Tesco is 2mins walk and Sainsbury as well. It's also very reachable to Canary Wharf and Stratford Westfield shopping centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Staff are very friendly and keen to help whenever I have some issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is Dog friendly; It doesn't have gym; The common space is so good!

Hi Eve, Thank you so much for your lovely review — your enthusiasm really comes through, and we’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying life at Riverstone Heights! We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the mail room locker code but please speak with our resident host who will assist you. We really appreciate your suggestions as well. Adding a coffee machine and printer to the communal areas is a helpful idea, and we’ll be sure to pass that along for consideration. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re so happy to have you as part of the community! Warm regards, Darek

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is very convenient with excellent transport links and a nearby metro station, making commuting easy. There is a huge Tesco open daily until midnight, which is perfect for shopping. The community also has a public reading room that is cozy and comfortable. Additionally, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I really love all the building managers here! My favorites are Saad and Helga, both of whom are incredibly welcoming. This is my first time living in a co-living apartment, so I had many questions, and Saad was always patient and helpful. Since I’m Chinese, he would even say the Chinese words he knows to make me laugh when I felt nervous. Helga greets me with so much warmth every time we meet, which makes me feel genuinely happy. I truly appreciate them!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, so far I’m very happy living here. The only thing I wish I had known earlier is how convenient it is—I can get direct access to three train stations, which makes it super easy to reach London’s stations and is perfect for someone like me who loves to travel!
Manager response
Thank you, Zihan, for your wonderful and detailed feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying both the apartment and the local area, and that the transport links and nearby amenities have made your daily life so convenient. It’s especially great to know that Saad and Helga have made such a positive impression—they’ll be thrilled to hear your kind words. We’re also glad the move-in process and communication met your expectations. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are so happy to have you as part of the community! Kind regards, Darek

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is generally very convenient and pleasant to live in. There is a good range of supermarkets, small shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, so day-to-day life is easy. Public transport links are also strong, with bus stops and train stations within a reasonable distance, making it convenient to travel to work or into the city centre. There are also some open spaces and parks nearby, which is a positive for walking and relaxing. On the downside, parking can sometimes be difficult, especially in the evenings or at weekends. Traffic noise can also be noticeable during busy hours, and at times the street can feel crowded. Bin collections are usually reliable, although there are occasional issues with rubbish being left outside for too long. Overall, it is a well-connected and practical area to live in, despite some minor inconveniences.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded in a professional and polite way when issues have been raised. While some matters can take a little longer than expected to resolve, communication is usually clear and staff are helpful. I especially appreciate Saad at the front desk, who is very responsible and always tries to assist residents promptly. He is friendly, reliable and takes concerns seriously, which has made a positive difference whenever support has been needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that, although the development is convenient and generally well managed, response times for some maintenance or management matters can occasionally be slower than expected. It is also helpful to understand parking arrangements, busy periods, and general building procedures in advance, as these are not always obvious during a viewing. That said, the overall living experience has been good, and having helpful staff members such as Saad at the front desk has made settling in much easier.
Manager response
Thank you, Hank, for your thoughtful and balanced feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve had a positive overall experience and that you enjoy the design, facilities, and convenient location of the development. We’ll also continue to focus on maintaining high standards across all areas of the property. It’s great to hear your kind words about Saad—he’ll be very happy to know he’s made such a positive impact. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of the community! Kind regards, Darek
