Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Bromley-by-Bow is really convenient day-to-day. You’re close to Stratford/Westfield for big shops and restaurants, and there are enough local supermarkets and takeaways nearby for the basics. The best part is transport: Bromley-by-Bow station is easy to reach and getting into the City/Canary Wharf is straightforward, plus there are plenty of buses. For green space, it’s nice being near the canals and parks for a walk or run.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I would say the management team is really good. They quickly fixed my issue upon request.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Probably the amount of people living in the building/more introduction about the area if people are unfamiliar

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects are the tube station being extremely close by as well as the grocery stores. Slightly disadvantaged in terms of cafes and places to eat nearby
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have resolved matters in less than 24 hours even on weekends if urgent

Manager response
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, Simran. We’re delighted to hear that you find Riverstone Heights well maintained and that you enjoy the regularly organised events and our common spaces. It’s especially rewarding to know that our management team’s responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues quickly — even on weekends — has made a positive impression. We also appreciate your balanced feedback about the surrounding area. While the excellent transport links and nearby grocery stores are definite advantages, we understand your wish for more cafés and dining options close by, as well as more information about things to do in the wider area. Your comments are valuable and help us understand how we can better support our residents. Thank you again for recommending us. We’re very pleased to have you as part of the Riverstone Heights community. Simona

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The mini shop next door to Riverstone Heights is brilliant alongside the Big Tesco which is a 2 minute walk away. I would love to see a coffee shop open up into the square. Bin collections are prompt and there is barely any outside noise from inside the apartment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any small issues with the flat i've had, have been actioned ASAP and always recieve prompt replies.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would of loved there to of been a community app or facebook page to chat to other resistents and foster that sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a large Tesco nearby, along with a few small convenience shops, which makes daily shopping quite easy. The area is close to the District Line, so transport links are convenient and commuting is straightforward. However, there are very few restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity, so dining and nightlife options are limited. There is only one gym, which is usually very busy. Public open spaces are fairly basic and do not offer much in terms of leisure facilities—there is no swimming pool or dedicated recreational amenities. Overall, the area is convenient for transport and essentials, but lacks variety in social and entertainment options.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The on-site staff are friendly and polite, but the building management has been slow and not very proactive in resolving issues. A long-running noise problem took several months and was not properly addressed, eventually stopping on its own rather than through management intervention.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how expensive it would become over time. The rent increases are quite steep, and this isn’t always obvious from a typical viewing, so it’s worth budgeting carefully and considering long-term affordability before moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing grocery store proximity as Tesco is just 2 mins walk, with sainsbury and even another grocery store just outside the apartment. 30 mins tube to central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Heating and bathroom problems reported were addressed within 2-3 days, the team came to visit to check the issues within a day
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Hammersmith line connecting it to kings cross is quite delayed (freq 10 mins), have to go through 3 changes everyday. Would have been good to know this before
