Good apartment design, looks nice and cozy. Good facilities inside such as oven, dishwasher and fridge. Furniture looks nice but are not very useful. Chairs are a bit uncomfortable and wardrobe is hard to open.
The reception has not been built down which makes life harder. Looking forward the whole view.

Very convenient to transport and supermarket, but lack of others such as restaurants, cafe and gym. Looks safe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no gym in the building or around. Really inconvenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded in a few days, not very fast but acceptable.
Nice flat, building still under construction
The flat itself is well furnished and looks really nice.
I did have some issues with my flat when I moved in
– door handle lock wasn’t attached on move in day which was a Friday, when i realised in the evening the office was then shut until the Monday so I couldn’t lock my door all weekend until I got a response.
– Issues with wiring for internet.
– Postcode on my contract being wrong and only finding out after I queried it weeks later.
I first viewed in July and then moved in August, Was told both of these months that the facilities (reception, roof, lounges) would be done by mid September and they’re still not done now in mid October and there haven’t been any updates or comms sent out to residents by management. Walking past the front the reception doesn’t look anywhere near done.
No parcel lockers or mailbox until reception is completed. To be fair to staff they usually do a good job in signing for parcels but sometimes they’re missed and you can wait awhile to receive your psot from Royalmail – I had to chase to get my new bank card because it wasn’t given to me.
Hopefully once reception is completed it will feel a bit nicer walking in to the building.

There’s a big Tesco next door and the District line is just across the road.
Quite a quiet area, not much going on in terms of restaurants, bars, cafe’s but it’s nice, quiet & green with Hackney Wick and Stratford a 25 min walk away.
Main road outside but once the windows are closed the flat is soundproofed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the construction work would go on for so long. It would be nice just to have simple things like a mailbox.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes – things do get sorted and the staff are helpful although if staff aren’t working on the weekend then you have to wait for a response.
Great location, but still under construction
Sadly we are paying for facilities that are not ready and have been delayed. We have no reception, to rooftop, no postal room and no proper concierge yet and there’s no timeline updates. As such, it is really hard to judge the building itself. The flat is good, it is spacious, the furniture is good (the mattress is too soft). I wish we had lights on the balconies
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
I love the location, the tube station is so close! The big Tesco nearby is really handy and there’s lots of parks nearby to walk the pups
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the timeline for the completion of the facilities. And Evri cannot find this address
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any problems yet, I am the first person to live on this flat
Exceptional Living
Riverheight Stone Apartments are a gem, boasting a prime location near the station, elegant interior design, and high-quality furnishings. The standout feature is the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, ensuring top-notch service. It’s a great place to call home in Bromley by Bow, offering both convenience and comfort.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Bromley by Bow offers a diverse range of shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces. Transport links are convenient, but traffic noise can be a drawback. Street living is generally good with decent parking, regular bin collections, and minimal anti-social behavior.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were a bit disappointed because the agents mentioned the gym and concierge would be finished by the end of September, but they haven’t been completed yet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any problems or concerns I’ve raised. Their responsiveness makes living here even more enjoyable.

Well managed stylish development.
Good communication and support from management services. Excellent location and amenities. Interior finish is great and when finished the facilities will be excellent, just a shame that they were not completed when originally advertised. Similarly inconvenient to not have reception/post room and ongoing building works/lift maintenance are not ideal
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Great transport links, local shops, bike storage, and lovely interior finish. Responsive management team who communicate well
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Exact estimated date for finishing the communal facilities
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, always respond quickly and try to address concerns in timely fashion.
Well built, facilities not ready
Design is well built. Insulation wise is ok too. Good quality of furnitures.Facilities still not ready, unfortunately as stated in contract by Oct/Nov. Building management is prompt in answering queries and educating the residents on the guidelines of the building.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
No local shops except for huge Tesco. Bin collections should remained at basements as we have inconsiderate residents who are not able to comply.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would be great to have communal spaces ready or more local shops for residents around the area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt response esp when we have queries. They are quick to reply.
Good property management but still in development
Good property management but facilities are still being developed so no comments on that. Design of apartment is good and have efficient use of space. Rooms are good size and have enough sunlight entering. Views from rooms are nice and you will be able to have city views
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Good transport link only 2 mins walk to the tube station. Good superstore nearby. Generally developing area so not many small shops but good nice quaint neighbourhood nearby
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing bad in general but probably cleanliness of the neighbourhood – area outside of the building area can be a bit dirty
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responses are quick and prompt especially in terms of delivery queries
Gorgeous flat, excellent location.
We love our apartment. When we have had guests over, they have commented on the excellent finish of the property, including the quality of furniture provided.
The view of the City and Canary Wharf from our balcony is amazing and honestly makes living in this apartment so much more special.
The facilities have not finished being built yet, which is disappointing as when we looked round the property in June, we were told that everything would be finished by September/October. Currently, none of the communal spaces are open, including parcel lockers for residents. However, to give them credit, the on-site team are usually good at delivering parcels every evening that have been delivered to them during the day.
However, getting letters delivered by Royal Mail seems to be sometimes delayed.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Excellent proximity to local superstore Tesco.
Very close walking distance to tube line.
Can’t comment on parking availability, as we don’t have a car. But there seems to be plenty of disabled parking in the basement for those requiring it. Both of us cycle and use the enormous bike storage room in the basement. There is always space to park our bikes, good security and CCTV monitoring the area. I feel reassured leaving my bike ere.
Limited anti-social behaviour to comment upon, which is good.
Bin collections hasn’t been a problem. However, there is a problem with the property bin chute at the moment due to a recent fire in the chute. This was due to residents misusing the bin chute, which seems to be a recurring problem(!)
When windows and doors are shut, traffic noise is hardly noticeable. The windows are triple glazed and work very efficiently. It is very loud when they are open, however.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You will have to two separate accounts to pay for heating/hot water and electricity.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have been okay. We had a few problems with the flat when we moved in in July. Most of these have now been fixed, but it took weeks/months of sending reminder emails, speaking to multiple members of staff about it, logging things on the online portal etc. Hopefully this was just a teething issue for property management as I acknowledge the team was very new when we moved in.
Good but not enough
As a resident, I think our building needs a reception area on the ground floor. It’s best to have a guest space. And very much wish we could have a gym. Although reception will help deliver packages and letters to the door of the room, I still hope to have a mailbox.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The building has the perfect location, just a short walk to underground station and Tesco super. However, the surrounding dining and entertainment venues are scarce, and you almost need to reach the center of Stratford to have bustling shops. The building security service is safe. The residents nearby are very friendly. The square downstairs occasionally has teenagers skateboarding. But the building now has a very cumbersome way of taking out the trash. Some residents do not throw garbage according to the rules, resulting in frequent failure of garbage chute. And with the capacity of only two bins, the chute is often full. I need luck to take out the trash.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Reviews of the building’s utilities, water and electricity operators and from other residents
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management of the building was very responsible and patient to help me solve the problem. They provide professional and effective assistance both in the pre-stay consultation and contract phase and in the post-stay life phase
Super stylish flat in a connected area
The development is great. The flats are to a very high standard and are stylish and the management is great. My one criticism is that the communal facilities are not yet open and when we moved in I was under the impression that they would be opened imminently and it has now been a couple of months. Other than that – great!
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
I love how connected Bromley by Bow is and the amenities (eg supermarket) are great. There could be more coffee shops, independent shops nearby etc
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think I was provided with enough information before I moved in to give me an accurate picture.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they respond quickly and in a friendly manner.
Slightly better than average given very helpful management staff and location of the building
Develoment is well positioned. However the process for receiving guests and parcels/deliveries is rather frustrating given you’ll have to go downstairs each time for this.
This isn’t helpful for a single mum with young kids as it means having to either bring the little ones down with you each time or leave them in the flat to pick up your delivery. The latter clearly has safety implications.
Secondly the windows do not completely eliminate the sound of the moving trains. This affects sleep quality given the trains run until midnight and pick up again early in the morning.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Great management. David and his team are very efficient and helpful every time. Always ready to listen to feedback and seek ways to help resolve any issuesI have; and timely too!
Location of building is great in terms of accessibility to shops and local amenities and of course commute to work.
Lack of parking is a nightmare unfortunately, additionally the windows do not completely block the sound of the moving trains (more details below) and the fob required to access the lift is a major inconvenience for receiving deliveries (further comments below)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the lift required a fob
and the windows do not fully stop the sounds of the train moving
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have tried to do so most times, although there is still work pending for over a month
Good Apartment but bad location and no facilities, reception
design is very nice, very minimal and modern. facilities have not been built yet so I am still waiting for it, beside the first event I do not see any other things done by the management, we only received communication from the management when the refuse chute broke
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Very little local shops, and restaurants, refuse chute does not work, no reception and common areas sadly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the reception and facilities have not been built yet
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The problems were always fixed quickly through email
Modern flat and good location
From the outside the tall greenish building doesn’t look very impressive, even a bit ugly in my opinion. But the internal looks really nice. Very clean and modern apartment, feels very spacious. Everything you’d expect from a new development can be found. Facilities are still under construction at the time of review so can’t say much. Impressive view toward Canary Wharf and the City from higher floors.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
There is a very closed-by tube station and a Tesco super store, which makes everything super convenient. Otherwise not many restaurants/bars nearby, but it’s far away from Stratford and Canary Wharf where you can find plenty of these.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very good security: feels safe but also means I need to go downstairs to grab my delivery.
Since it’s a new development, many addresses are not in the Royal Mail database yet, which is very inconvenient. I have to add the address myself and wait very long.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t really encountered any issues yet but they are very friendly.
Overall and for the repairing management
Design and facilities are all good, specially the all Bosch appliances. But the contractor putting the whole apartment together is a bit inadvertence maybe, many small places not working/broken here and there. Contacting the management to fix things is inefficient, sometimes feels like emails are not getting responded, had an occasion where the engineer attended twice for one issue what is already fixed after the first attend. But management has improved afterwards.
Lastly, the kitchen drawers and fridge doors leaves hand print and grease easily, seems like it’s missing a layer of protection.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Tesco superstore and being close to station is really great. But a bit lack of restaurants and fast foods closely.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish instructions on water, hot water, electricity bills payment instructions are clearer; sometimes registering things with postcode it won’t show the correct apartment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes, at first, feels like I will never hear back from them. So needed to chase back with emails. Management was slow at first, then got better.
Good design while lacking facilities
Design: Quite good, lovely sunshine & spacious rooms with carpet
Facilities: Disappointing, lower layers including reception are under construction; the terrace (BBQ area) is under construction; no gym or other useful facilities
Building management: Average, occurs fire risk
Property management: Moderate response speed, good problem-solving capability
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Pros: 1) Near to Tesco and Sainsbury; 2) Near to Bromley-by-bow station
Cons: No good restaurants & bars nearby
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew if all the facilities were in use and what exactly they were before I moved in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded to our apartment issues within 5 days, and tackled problems within 2 days, so I commend it as moderate response speed and good problem-solving capability.
Good building design, management needs to be improved
The design of the building is good, but there’s lack of a gym. Building management is Ok, everyone just can go to their own floor, that makes me feel safe. Property management need to be improved, one of my roommate’s parcel could not be found. Overall is good.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Good:near the underground station, Good sound insulation in the room, and the nice view at night out of windows.
Bad: the reciption space haven’t finished
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The stores and facilities nearby, and is there are any group chat from our neighborhood
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had some problems yet.But my roommate said it was good
A nice flat but issues remain
Im sure when the building is finished it’ll be very nice. Unfortunately right now it’s a building site, with no end in sight as to when the residential amenities will be open. This is a shame as they’re half the reason we chose to live here. Also, without a parcel room, we’ve been left waiting for parcels for several days that have been taken to the office we can’t access. Post also seems to be held there, we once had a large chunk of post delivered that contained letters from 3 weeks prior, including birthday cards which was long gone.
In the flat, we’ve had some snagging issues and things that were not installed properly, and we have been chasing the building management for nearly 2 months to remedy these issues. It is constantly our responsibility to chase these up, there seems to be no proactive communication from the building management. This has been and continues to be incredibly frustrating.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The local area hasn’t got tonnes going on, but it’s well located for the tube and DLR. I enjoy the green space nearby. The side of the building I live on is a lot quieter, but the main road is very busy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s not much in quick walking distance apart from Stratford (30 min walk). There’s a lot more students here than anticipated.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve ignored our complaints for 2 months. They repeatedly said someone from the aftercare team would be in touch but this took 6 weeks to happen, and two months in we are still waiting for a resolution to issues in the flat.
