The location is good but be aware of the noisy road. This is particularly important as you may have your windows open 24/7 due to the immense heat in Proton Tower. It felt always safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management company was good but landlady wasn't.

Again...the building is far to warm. Think sauna in Summer.

The area is convenient, near to dlr so short commute into canary wharf or bank. No supermarket or large shops, only a nearby Nisa

I wish I had known the eater system was broken and that the management have no real intention of fixing it for the long term.

Hot water system needs fixing. Not the individual flat the whole building.

The development is located right at the East India station. It’s a quite and residential neighbourhood with access to thames pathway. Since there are limited people, you can enjoy some peaceful time at the river bank.

Balcony door is quite sensitive so you have to use it carefully to not damage it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

We have got some electric fitting issues like extractor hood does not work any more but it’s more our landlord’s fault than anything else.

Location is amazing as it is next to a train station and has supermarket nearby

I wish I knew that the balcony door is not easy to open and close.

The area and the ease of commuting are 2 big pros

What exactly is the owner of the property offering in terms of cleaning apparatus.. e.g brooms/mops/vacuum cleaner etc
