Decent location. Albeit not that close to the station it's still a walkable distance to Blackhorse Road.

I wish I had known about the heat. I wouldn't have moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's quite modern and the integrated dishwasher is a nice touch.

do not buy or rent here as many people moving out due to high cost and big problem with asbo gangs and drugs

wish i knew how bad this place was like many others

none as its a bad design.. poor workmanship and poor service

I dislike some of the people that live around the area causing trouble

I wish I had known that the drive way can at times be unsafe because some people drive quite fast through it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The fact that our building is right open with its central court yard accessible to anyone is a problem. We want to create a safe family environment but we sonetimes have rowdy youth come through and cause a nuisance. We are also quite far from the major high street and shopping areas of Walthamstow so cinemas and great restaurants are a trek away. We do have a nice local pizza restaurant not too far away though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known we do not have a recycle bin for the building. We are a very green family but were annoyed the site managers did not provide recycling sorting and packaging bins and just left general waste bins that go to landfill from our community. We had to pay to install recycling bins.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My driveway is used as a footpath which can be quite dangerous
