Pan Peninsula is a great place to live and it’s reassuring to see so many developers copying what Ballymore have done here. Carbon copies of this development are being built all over London. This building, although now dated, is the original and the best. The service charge could perhaps be reduced as the facilities are no longer state of the art, but it’s a business so I understand. That said we do have the gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc, so can’t complain really! Our restaurant is great, the staff know everyone & always make you feel very welcome.

Ballymore’s Pan Peninsula, also known as 1 Millharbour, is a duo of glamorous residential towers that sit comfortably on the Canary Wharf cityscape. Right next to Millwall Inner Dock, the development overlooks the River Thames and has waterfront restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
Sleek and bright, homes at Pan Peninsula embody luxury Canary Wharf living – all soft neutrals, spotlighting and glossed furniture. Floor-to-ceiling windows feature, maximising the feeling of space and light, and each home comes with a balcony. There are studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments here, all of which share the same quality finishes.
This is a mixed-use development made up of 762 apartments and a number of first-class facilities, including a swish gourmet restaurant, a health and fitness centre with a state-of-the-art spa and pool, a cinema room, and a 24-hour concierge service. Residents can make the most of the spectacular city views in the Sky Lounge or the cocktail bar – both are stylish spaces that benefit from settings on the higher floors. There’s also secure parking for those in need
Transport links are impressive. Pan Peninsula is just a couple of minutes’ walk from South Quay DLR station, and less than a 10-minute stroll from Canary Wharf and the well-connected Jubilee line. The highly anticipated Crossrail station will also be within easy reach, and, when it launches, revolutionise the commute for Pan Peninsula residents even further.
