Simply the best place that I have ever lived. The facilities are superb and the staff are very friendly, location and surroundings are excellent. I moved from a building across the road and was the best thing !

I can’t park my precious car myself so I have to trust my baby to others but not a big problem
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes, always, we had a leak damage and the manager organise the repairs in 3 days, leak from my lovely neighbour upstairs 🙁
Pan Peninsula used to be one of the best developments in London, not as much so now.
Pan Peninsula used to be one of the best developments in London, not as much so now. It still is however a nice place to live in, albeit extensive refurbishments really need to be made, especially around the cladding issue.

Very close to South Quay which is perfect. Nice views of the waters around Canary Wharf
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the building would only sustain its former glory for about 10 years before everything breaking down
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very slow response on any outstanding issues like the refurbishment of the wet area or the cladding resolution
Avoid unless you want to have no hot water for weeks!!!
I had over 4 weeks of no hot water in my apartment during Aug (middle of the pandemic). I also experienced several weekend with no hot water due to “boiler” problem. Several leaks pipes and flooding were reported/observed during my stay.
A lot of fixture and fitting was broken during my stay which shows the quality of the furniture. Chase Evan, the official management estate agent, is aggressive and kept accusing me of improper use!!!! They took weeks/moths to get anything fixed. Hence, I left as soon as I can.
Facilities such as swimming pools, sauna, etc look nice and appealing at first. They were not working half the time during my stay. They were out of action since March 2020 still spring 2021 at least!!!
Staff are nice and friendly but the building’s quality is poor…

The are is convenient for people who works in canary wharf

I would have not chose to move in had I known there was another hot water pipe leak in the East Tower last year. Residents did not have hot water for over 3 weeks in Nov 2019 …
What is the best feature of your home:
The view of London from my flat is nice. The swimming is nice to have when it is working.

Menace of cigarette smoke
I wish the smokers become a little considerate about the people in their vicinity. I get severe headaches with even a small amount of inhalation.
Why can’t the development have dedicated isolated smoking zones just like other apartments. This whole idea of smoking inside the apartments should be banned! Not only the smokers jeopardises their health but also others.
There have been burnt cigarettes falling down from the balcony above which has caused fire in Pan Peninsula the past as well. Even then the apartment lacks stringent rules and regulations against this.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Smokers so casually smoking everywhere! Making it hell for the people who are allergic to smoke or have kids or elder people around. Even a walk down the hallway to reach the elevator seems a task.
The apartments, their balconies are in close proximity to each other. Noise issues from neighbours and the ongoing construction site down is also there.

Friendly development with top facilities
I like that Pan Peninsula has all of these facilities. They are not too busy so there is always space to use them and they are always nice and clean. Actually, it’s clean everywhere in the communal areas and hallways. I really like the modern style of the development and its facilities. It’s so very social here and the other residents and staff are really friendly.

Canary Wharf is really nice: it has plenty of local amenities, shops and restaurants. I use the public transport lots and it’s very easy and close to the development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building is slightly older than I had initially thought, and this shows in some of the rooms. Otherwise it’s all as I expected.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The flooring in the flat is pretty ugly. It’s old and outdated and could do with a refurb for sure!
Great facilities and luxurious and spacious flats
It is well built development but it is not brand new. It was built 10 years ago. The facilities are great, I love them, the spa is my favourite, we have sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi inside, the location is convenient, it is close to my university. The flats are luxurious and spacious, the interior is set in a lovely open plan layout.

My university is close by which is why I have chosen this area. It is a modern built up area relatively new, however, it is not as close to the city centre as I initially thought it would be, it takes me 20 minutes to get to Mayfair by tube

I wish I had known the development is this old. I thought it is a new development.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I wouldn’t change anything, I am quite happy living here
The facilities are second to none
The development is modern and the facilities are great: I particularly like to use the pool and gym and they are always kept and clean. The concierge at the main entrance are very friendly, and everything runs very smoothly.
When I moved here the flat was furnished and I really like the way which it had been designed. It’s not a brand new building but it appears modern and stylish.

I work locally so it’s very convenient for me. There are lots of shops so it’s easy to get everything you need around here. It’s also very quiet and safe.

It’s all been as expected. They were very clear when they showed me around and explained everything to me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had a few issues in the bathroom, but the management team responded quite quickly, normally the issues are sorted within a week.
Smart development but better service needed
I use the facilities such as the gym, and when I was a student I used the business centre a lot. They’re always kept clean and tidy.
However, I’ve had issues with the concierge: for example when I ask for my car to be brought up, they are slow or they don’t do it. They are still unsure what to do when deliveries or food orders come. They simply send delivery guys into the buildings (sometimes even giving them key fobs to enter) and fail to give them proper instructions so they end up in the wrong place. I’ve had random, lost delivery people turn up at my door several times. I have exchanged many emails with the management team about this, but it is yet to be solved.

The area is fine, it’s social and secure. It’s a bit different to normal central London, but I really like it. There are a lots of services available: banks, a post office, a big Asda, the shopping mall, and various train stations.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It has generally all been as they said it would be.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
If there is any wear of tear of the place, I would assume that with the service charge, some of the cost of menial fixes and replacements would be covered. I’ve lived here for a while now though and would like to see some improvements in the service.
Well designed building with lovely facilities
Well designed building, the layout is okay, I am enjoying it here, because I have all my friends living here, I am a student here. The interiors are well finished, in the flat it is cosy and not too luxurious. In terms of facilities, we boast a gym, a pool, a business centre and a cinema theatre and I have heard they are all lovely!
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
It is very high end area with many acitivities. It is quite easy to get around, it is very central and well connected.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I could smoke at the balcony, this is not allowed.
What is the best feature of your home:
The owner of the flat provides the furniture and other amenities for the rooms, everything looks normal inside and it is of reasonable quality.
Well built and well designed development
Well built and well designed development, we have a business centre, a cinema, and a pool inside. We haven’t yet had any issues within the flat, it is luxurious and spacious inside. it is also cosy because it doesn’t feel super big and there is lots of storage, with big windows which brings a lot of light in.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
It is very practical to go to the shops with lots of events, it is a very lively area by the river Thames. It is easily accesible, there area many transport hubs. I dislike the constructions, the views are obstructed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The service charge is very high for the services offered.
