Pan Peninsula sets at its best location amongst other properties in the area. With four supermarkets in the radius of half a mile, you can pop into any of them at any time.
The transport to go from PP are also at its best: less than a minute walk to South Quay DLR and less than 10mins walk to Jubilee line.
The property itself is like a serviced apartment, giving you a gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, a private cinema, a rooftop bar and a business centre.
The strict security service might be a bit annoying as every time you bring a guest, they will have to go throgh the concierge and ring you fornlermission before letting them to go into the lift.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Free 30 mins PT session once you enrolled to the gym!

Super modern flat

Review Date Oct 2019

When I moved in, the flat was furnished with the basics, and everything was to an above average standard. The development is very clean and modern, and all of the facilities are great. I particularly like to use the meeting room to work in.
The concierge are super friendly but the system for collecting parcels from them is not ideal. The parcel may be delivered to the concierge, and I will receive a notification from the delivery company, but I can’t collect it until the concierge register the parcel and notify you. Obviously at busy times of day, the concierge have lots to register and write down before they notify you to pick it up from them, so this is quite slow and annoying.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is cool, there are bars and shops nearby. The DLR station is right next door which is very helpful! The environment in general here is just really awesome.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The train is really loud when it passes- I don’t mind in the morning but late at night it can be disruptive.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the kitchen- it’s super modern. All the appliances work off electricity, there is no gas.

The original and best

Pan Peninsula is a great place to live and it’s reassuring to see so many developers copying what Ballymore have done here. Carbon copies of this development are being built all over London. This building, although now dated, is the original and the best. The service charge could perhaps be reduced as the facilities are no longer state of the art, but it’s a business so I understand. That said we do have the gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc, so can’t complain really! Our restaurant is great, the staff know everyone & always make you feel very welcome.

Central Canary Wharf – what more could you want

The facilities are second to none

The development is modern and the facilities are great: I particularly like to use the pool and gym and they are always kept and clean. The concierge at the main entrance are very friendly, and everything runs very smoothly.
When I moved here the flat was furnished and I really like the way which it had been designed. It’s not a brand new building but it appears modern and stylish.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I work locally so it’s very convenient for me. There are lots of shops so it’s easy to get everything you need around here. It’s also very quiet and safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s all been as expected. They were very clear when they showed me around and explained everything to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a few issues in the bathroom, but the management team responded quite quickly, normally the issues are sorted within a week.

I’ve recently moved in to this beautiful modern complex. The views from our apartment are stunning. There are gym and swimming pool facilities downstairs as well as very helpful staff downstairs that are there to assist you for anything you may need. The Interior designs are simply beautiful. You can even watch TV whilst in the lift!

One of the best developments in London

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Jul 2018

Pan Peninsula is a well run development with an array of facilities ranging from a fully equipped gym with 25 meter swimming pool, private cinema / screening room for residents and business lounges. There is also an in-house restaurant via the dockside callled Capeesh which offers excellent Italian food.

The Management of the building is very efficient and issues are very quickly resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How the rubbish collection works – the building has two collections per day with someone coming to collect it if you put the door sign that you have rubbish to be collected.

A safe development

The flat came semi furnished, it has all the mod cons and decent appliances. It was all finished to a good standard. A stand out feature for me is the air-conditioning which is extremely rare to find in London flats.
I use pretty much all the facilities including the gym, pool, cinema business room, and library. The development is generally well managed: the management team are pretty good at sorting issues and a fairly reliable.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is particularly clean and modern. There is a fresh feel to it which I particularly like. I am able to do most of my shopping for groceries and other things around here. The transport links are great, and the DLR right next door, while Canary Wharf is just 5 minutes away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a hidden heating charge- it’s not a crazy amount but it’s an extra bill. It’s a fixed cost on top of variable bill, so it’s just more to pay each month. It’s not a major issue though.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the floor to ceiling windows, it means natural light can fill the flat.

Great facilities and luxurious and spacious flats

It is well built development but it is not brand new. It was built 10 years ago. The facilities are great, I love them, the spa is my favourite, we have sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi inside, the location is convenient, it is close to my university. The flats are luxurious and spacious, the interior is set in a lovely open plan layout.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

My university is close by which is why I have chosen this area. It is a modern built up area relatively new, however, it is not as close to the city centre as I initially thought it would be, it takes me 20 minutes to get to Mayfair by tube

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the development is this old. I thought it is a new development.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wouldn’t change anything, I am quite happy living here

Smart development but better service needed

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Oct 2019

I use the facilities such as the gym, and when I was a student I used the business centre a lot. They’re always kept clean and tidy.

However, I’ve had issues with the concierge: for example when I ask for my car to be brought up, they are slow or they don’t do it. They are still unsure what to do when deliveries or food orders come. They simply send delivery guys into the buildings (sometimes even giving them key fobs to enter) and fail to give them proper instructions so they end up in the wrong place. I’ve had random, lost delivery people turn up at my door several times. I have exchanged many emails with the management team about this, but it is yet to be solved.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is fine, it’s social and secure. It’s a bit different to normal central London, but I really like it. There are a lots of services available: banks, a post office, a big Asda, the shopping mall, and various train stations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It has generally all been as they said it would be.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

If there is any wear of tear of the place, I would assume that with the service charge, some of the cost of menial fixes and replacements would be covered. I’ve lived here for a while now though and would like to see some improvements in the service.
