We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Odyssey is a riverside apartment block on London’s Isle of Dogs. It’s just over a mile away from Canary Wharf Underground station on the Jubilee line, and Crossrail services are due to serve here. The Apollo Building is one of several properties that form the Odyssey development at Newton Place, which is made up of five luxury apartment blocks including The Nova Building, The Galaxy Building, Orion Point and Venus House.

The building has a centralised water system, underground car park, a free gym and a 24 hour reception that manages parcels and other stuff for you. It’s quite good, and the area has a convenience store with everything you need in it. Overall, neighbours are quite and nice as well so surely a nice place to live in. Bus stop right downstairs, providing a 10 minutes connection to the financial center of London - Canary Wharf. And for all the apartments inside Apollo building, each has a balcony facing river Thames, offering stunning view of sunset every day. I would definitely recommend this building for people looking for a place to live in, so long as walking distance large size supermarkets is not a must for you - the closest ASDA/Waitrose located around 20 minutes walk from the building.
