Hi Hussain, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad to hear you like the design of the building and the location. While the 10-minute walk to Canary Wharf might feel a bit isolated for some, many residents find it a manageable distance. However, we understand that convenience is crucial, and we are continuously exploring ways to enhance accessibility and connectivity. We’re pleased to inform you that a new bridge has been added to shorten the walk to the main part of the Estate, and another bridge is under construction. Additionally, we’re excited about the work Canary Wharf Group is doing in partnership with the Eden Project to increase biodiversity in the waterways, which will be directly accessible from Newfoundland. Regarding the restaurant and café on the first floor, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working on securing a suitable tenant to open these spaces as soon as possible to provide more amenities for our residents. Your comments about the gym are noted, and we will review our equipment to ensure it meets the needs of our community. We aim to provide high-quality facilities and appreciate your input on where we can improve. We're really sorry for the various issues you have encountered in the building. These disruptions are regrettable, and while we sometimes need to instruct external contractors to resolve such matters, we are continuously working to improve our communication to keep residents updated.
