Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Canary Wharf is a bubble we love living in. It has everything we need without having to leave the area. There are no bad aspects of life on the Estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues are addressed quickly once submitted through the app.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would encourage any new residents to participate in all the activities that the Vertus team works hard to coordinate for residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've lived in this building for two years. Everything was great at first, but for the last 6-8 months, it's been in disrepair. Many problems have arisen in the building, and these problems haven't been resolved for a long time. The staff are very nice, but unfortunately, the elevator, garbage, second-floor odor, insects, and coffee machine issues haven't been resolved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are so fast and their approach were problem solving always

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Elevator issues are so disappointing. So if I know that bad I am not sure that I d like to move in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the Canary Wharf area is incredibly convenient, with everything you need within walking distance from high-quality restaurants and cafes to gyms, shops, and green spaces. The area feels very safe, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent transport connections via the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines as well as DLR. There’s a great community atmosphere and the neighbourhood remains quiet and peaceful despite being so central. I honestly can’t think of any major downsides perhaps just that it’s so convenient you rarely want to leave

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been exceptional. Any issue raised is acknowledged and resolved promptly, often within the same day. They are attentive, friendly, and always maintain the building to a very high standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That living here would set the bar so high for future apartments!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wood wharf is a very social area. There are many different restaurants ranging from casual evening, to special dinners; from breakfast and brunch to local food trucks and casual lunches. Despite the business, the green areas, community spaces and canal side walks give a little break from the chaos of the city. Transport links for the underground are easy, clean and available at all times. I am happy with the living on my street as the local area is quite and peaceful. The only complaint I can make is two sides of the development are both new buildings that are still under construction and very well be under construction. Despite the overcrowded look of construction it is still relatively organised and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have raised a few issues and the management have responded quickly. However, initiative to solve my problems were not taken as quickly and my problems were not solved effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not anticipate so much work, construction etc. in and around the development. The building was supposed to open September 1st and it is now October 30th and there is still works done, construction crews, issues. There are also construction all around the development (i.e. new buildings being contructed around). However, the development is so well decorated, useful and nice that it does not bother me as much as it should. This development is so much nicer than expected and the cost for quality is incredible.
