Excellent customer service from the Property Manager of Newfoundland as well as the Engineering Team. Their response was very professional keeping me updated through email correspondence. The damage of my cooling pump was restored and everything is back to normal.

Canary Wharf is a great area to live from all aspects. I have been living there for the last 9 years and I have nothing to complain about.

Very professionally and efficiently in every aspect.

There are windy conditions quite often, especially where Newfoundland is located.

Yes, very prompt with all maintenance issues. The building management has consistently shown excellent responsiveness to problems raised by residents. They handle maintenance requests efficiently and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable living experience. This proactive approach by the management adds significant value to the overall resident experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One aspect to consider about living here that might not be evident during a viewing is the windiness of the area. Due to the high-rise buildings and proximity to the water, the wind can be quite strong, making outdoor activities less pleasant at times and potentially affecting balcony use. It's something residents often notice only after moving in.

Nice & clean building with modern well designed rooms. Reception is always so friendly and helpful. Facilities are great, has a study/work area, a terrace, gym, coffee area, and dining space for friends/parties. Management is quick to respond always!

Huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, open areas near building, all so friendly and great service as well. New places opening up all the time too

Responds quickly on the vertus app, send engineers when needed and follows up with you as well

Great living experience but the flat faces builders building another building, difficult to get some privacy when they are working

Incredible building - modern, state of the art, well-designed and luxurious. Very friendly and attentive concierge staff team. Great facilities - gym, postal room, pantree, WFH space, terrace and BBQ. Building and property management and generally on top of issues and respond to any problems raised.

Brilliant restaurants, transport, cleanliness, safety and luxury. No home-style cafes, and shops are a bit too up-market.

Generally very responsive, and any issues are fixed quickly.

The sofas are very stylish, but not too comfy! Not the biggest issue though

It is amazing and the staff are lovely and everything is always clean. The engineering team are always fast to come fix any issues we have. They have a new gym that has so many good equipments. They have a common area with some games and they host many interesting events.

Everything is nearby and you have jubilee line and Elizabeth line around 10 minutes away so it’s perfect for transporting around London as well.

They are really fast and cooperative. Everything is done through the app.

That you don’t have free parking spaces around there and the nearest is the mall parking I think
