I've been living here for three years now, and over that time so many different coffee shops, restaurants and places to go out have opened around me. I really love this location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had issues, and it always took some time to fix, but in the end it always was resolved, which is great. Also I love the reception team, especially Galya, Mira, Tatyana and Steven. They are always very kind and helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish I had known before moving in is that deliveries can't be brought to your door. I really love ordering deliveries, so this is the one thing that bothers me here, but it’s ok.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient location. Everything close by. The only main issue is parking space. The closest is in Waitrose which is far for any of our guests. Its also inconvenient for residents to have to pay to park their car close to the premises.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Often very quickly. They are also always very helpful.

No parking solutions. But very friendly and comfortable community.

The building is top notch. Facilities etc are amazing. Parking is discouraged or under the buildings so can’t comment much on that but for small families and young people everything is there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything we asked for got handled in a professional and timely manner.

The utility bills are a lil more than they should be.

Canary wharf itself is clean and convenient. The property is a bit far from all the train stations though and is quite noisy at night because of the airplanes and cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very badly. Always slow response with little useful info. The recent water outage happened on Sunday. There is no building or property manager on site to help tackle the issue.

that the building is so poorly managed with so many students

We enjoy the convenience of living in the centre of Canary Wharf. There are endless shops and restaurants. The only down side is slow walkers blocking up the pavements!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication has been good, and I have felt that any concerns have been taken seriously and addressed professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the best things about living here is how helpful and friendly the concierge team are. It makes a real difference having familiar faces who are approachable and happy to help. It’s something you might not fully appreciate during a viewing, but it genuinely adds to the experience of living here. Also, never underestimate how life-changing having a bin chute is! I’m still in awe of being able to take the rubbish out without actually having to go outside!
