Excellent location with great shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Easy access to all modes of transport such as underground, Elizabeth line, bus routes, and river transportation.

Perhaps noisy neighbours on some floors. Free coffee is great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always responded in a few minutes and issue resolved within 3 hours latest.
Makes my life miserable, I just want to leave.
The design and layout of the building is good, but there are general problems with the cooling/heating system. It cannot be used normally and is always on and cannot adjust the temperature. It has been nearly two months since I moved in and they still have not really repaired the air conditioner. I moved Two months after I came here, the air conditioner has still not been repaired. There is no heating or air conditioning in the coldest time of winter. I don’t know why I still live here. There is a problem with the sound insulation of the house. There is air leakage and sound leakage from the windows of my roommate’s room, but they said there is no problem. They didn’t take our interests into account and refused our request to move to another apartment. If I lose my mind one day, it probably will be because they forced me to.

There are bars, shops and restaurants around, and it’s not close to the subway station(6min). Some residents smoke. There are at least five construction sites next to the building. The large amount of construction site noise is unbearable. Imagine that the drilling rig is constantly operating in your ears. The noise of nearly 100 decibels during the day makes you unable to work and study, and may even cause mental problems and anti-social behavior. I was misled by the salesperson from the beginning. They said the apartment would not be noisy, so I signed the contract. This was not the case and many residents complained about this.

The air conditioner cannot be used normally and the severe noise pollution which causes physical and psychological problems.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Failure to take reasonable measures after paying rent and trying to delay.

Great potential but disappointed with all the issues
Almost all of the concierge team are extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. The communal areas are kept clean from what I’ve seen so far (I’ve been in a month). I personally really like the apartment design and most of the furniture, it’s just a shame I moved into a soiled and damaged rug and soiled and damaged sofa- issues still outstanding.

There is a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars etc on the doorstep and nothing you need is ever too far. I never hear any traffic noise, but that’s probably due to where I am situated and the construction noise more than makes up for that sadly.

The extent and relentlessness of the construction works. You cannot open your windows when they’re working if you want any kind of peace (not good when it’s hot) and can still hear it even when all windows are shut- there is only reprieve at night and on Sundays. We have also just received an email that the construction works will be taking place seven days a week now and later into the evening until the end of summer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
This has been my worst part of living here so far (although I haven’t received a bill from Community Utilities yet so there may be competition). I moved in to so many issues and it is painful trying to get them resolved. Even when engineers are scheduled to come- they just don’t turn up. After over a month of living here, not one of the significant problems raised has been sorted. Some of these things were clearly marked in the inventory as things that needed resolving and they were ignored. I cannot relax and it’s extremely disappointing paying more than double the rent when my previous residence would fix all issues within 48 hours. I also note from the inventory that it said that the apartment needs to be repainted- the walls are full of marks. This has also has been ignored- I hope they don’t try to repaint at my expense when I move out!

That the internet is maximum up to 500 mb and that they don’t allow delivery people to come up the apartment doors.

Nice buildings but the most painful staff/procedures. not paid to think but to do……
building was nice, vertus were not – read other reviews and their own staff glass door reviews!!!!
main office took a long time to respond to queries, never really tried to understand the problems. didn’t care enough even when they did.

Great local area, building staff are brilliant. Construction work awful and nonstop besides Sunday. lots of noise and students – a lot of heavy weed smokers in the building which goes had in hand with this just being an upmarket/international halls of residence

Apartments are the most soundproof and insulated apartments I’ve ever known
lifts good
Space for mine is larger than normal
Furniture in furnished flats is excellent
Staff very helpful
Both jubilee and Elizabeth line Tubes as well as dlr are minutes walk away
Tesco Waitrose and m&s food nearby
Many bars and restaurants nearby

The BEST view in London
Amazing design with a beautiful view that I’m amazed every single day. So many amazing restaurants around and things to do.
Very clean and safe feels like we are in a different country. The building is clean and has amazing design including the furniture is decorations. gym is small but enough. barbecue and private kitchen with dining room. Everything you need ! The only thing I would change is the availability to have pets 🙂

Miscommunication is a small problem in here. I’ve been reporting some issue on my floor however no one came back to me yet and the problem is not fixed until now
Excellent location, brilliant luxury accommodation for the young professional.
The facilities are very good and perfect for the young professional. The wine dispenser and the coffee machine are a great touch. The terrace is the big selling point for me as it makes you feel you are on holiday in the summer. Building management is excellent and the building itself is spotless everyday with lovely cleaning staff who are a joy to be around and do their work very well.

Excellent excellent location. I cannot express this enough. Right by many transport links which get you into town and around very easily. You are within walking distance of almost everything you need as there are two malls a stones throw away. The only issue with the street is there is no parking availability. Apart from that the surroundings are quiet with sophisticated people no traffic noise and is extremely scenic.

The development is fantastically designed, the amenities are top notch, and the Vertus team is always kind. It is a beautiful building and it feels like home. However, I feel as though the management is stretched thin which contributes to a lack of service at times.

Fantastic
The design and facilities is amazing but i have one problem with the noises from construction near to our building and my apartment view close to the construction.
In addition the car parking is not available.
In my opinion to improve the facilities I recommend to create smoking area in common room (balcony )
