Living in the Canary Wharf area is incredibly convenient, with everything you need within walking distance from high-quality restaurants and cafes to gyms, shops, and green spaces. The area feels very safe, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent transport connections via the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines as well as DLR. There’s a great community atmosphere and the neighbourhood remains quiet and peaceful despite being so central. I honestly can’t think of any major downsides perhaps just that it’s so convenient you rarely want to leave
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been exceptional. Any issue raised is acknowledged and resolved promptly, often within the same day. They are attentive, friendly, and always maintain the building to a very high standard.

That living here would set the bar so high for future apartments!

Access to the third space gym , swimming pool , activate the control of the main doors and lifts from the flats, rebuild the roof with a better design and better view

the location is the best in Canary Wharf and also the coffee machine is superb, but it's poor in amenities

Fantastic location with an abundance of food and beverage options. Connectivity to transport is fantastic too. Despite the many people who visit the great things Wood Wharf has to offer the location is quiet and enjoyable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
teams but some items remain unfixed such as our deck and we now have no ceiling in the bathroom.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
energy costs are very high and some fittings are broken and cannot be repaired.

Fantastic range of shops and restaurants. Tube stations all very close. Wood Wharf is like its own little community within Canary Wharf.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always a quick response but follow up once an issue is ongoing is slower. See above
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the roof terrace closing in the winter as it’s the only leash free area for dogs Also you need to make it clear water st residents to not have access to the bike store on the floor below the gym. I went down to look at it after a gym session as a possible bike store for my husband. Once down there my key card would not allow me back in the lift. I had no mobile phone signal/ WiFi and no facility to call for help. It was pure luck that a door had been left ajar and I made my way to a loading bay where workmen sent me back up in the loading bay lift.

The amount of noise from the club, people & traffic passed midnight are unbearable in several instances. It also feels a lot less secure comparing to the past as people are seen wondering around the residential area. There are also a lot of mosquitoes in the area and you simply can’t open any windows.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the boiler leak was finally fixed after 6 (?) visits.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Services such as gym memberships and tv license would be removed. The area will have club, bars and theatre.
