Love being in the centre of things with transport options and and loads of places to shop and eat. Felt safe and clean always.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Getting things fixed did sometimes take a while. I had ongoing issues with the dishwasher and one of the doors.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There should be a folder with useful information for new tenants especially if they are coming from overseas as I was. The staff manning the front desk are just wonderful, especially Heidi. A big thanks to them all for their assistance whenever needed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great commute to office, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and extremely close to lizzy line. Very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes most of the problems they have answered and sorted

The building is beautiful the location is amazing. When everything is running ok then it’s great, no where else you’d want to be. When anything goes wrong it’s just a battle, everything is a fight - dishwasher took months, door still not fixed, sofa still not replaced etc etc. The concierge staff hold it up, they are amazing! All of them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not quickly, only interested in new residents and Charter Street

Ask about average turnaround on reported issues? Concierge staff are incredible

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We enjoy the convenience of living in the centre of Canary Wharf. There are endless shops and restaurants. The only down side is slow walkers blocking up the pavements!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication has been good, and I have felt that any concerns have been taken seriously and addressed professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the best things about living here is how helpful and friendly the concierge team are. It makes a real difference having familiar faces who are approachable and happy to help. It’s something you might not fully appreciate during a viewing, but it genuinely adds to the experience of living here. Also, never underestimate how life-changing having a bin chute is! I’m still in awe of being able to take the rubbish out without actually having to go outside!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has become very noisy in the past one year as more bars and restaurants around the building. Anti social behavior have been observed eg people talking and laughing loudly after midnight. Electric bikes & electric wheelchairs just fly passes ignoring pedestrians safety. Cars drive loudly past the street. People stole food from Wholefood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management attended to issues I raised but turnaround time is much slower than before. In the past it used to be same day to max 2 days, now is way longer.

The development plan of the area, much more crowded and busy.
