The transport links are amazing and very easy to get around London. I like that i have the Jubilee and Elizabeth line very close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quickly and the online system is very easy to use and quick

The development is really well run. Sally at concierge is always so lovely and helpful and goes out of her way to help all the tenants. She has made my time at Newfoundland very easy.

The area is really safe - it is the most important thing! I've seen several times how the security solves some problems on the street and from the first sight they worked well. Restaurants and shops are abundant. The area itself is very beautiful and clean, an other of trees and a beautiful new wooden area build on the water! There s a lot of activities taking place in canary wharf, and we would much appreciate if Vertus would send us more invitations to some of them! And maybe a discount to panel courts - will be absolutely amazing! The only things I'm not satisfied with are the following. Building of the central bridge was too long, and for the whole that time one of the other bridges - the one to the left of the building, was not working, that was inconvenient. Another thing - the constant construction site on the opposite of padel courts is annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building responds quite quickly, the only thing I already described previously - we have some problems with windows - they are easy to break, and we are not in priority, I understand, but it takes long. Another thing - when I report the problem they only give me one time to fix it, no other timeframe options.

I can't think of something specific, I can say only good things!

Living in Vertus at Canary Wharf has many positives. The area offers a wide range of high-quality shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance, and there are excellent open spaces like Jubilee Park and the Thames Path. Transport links are extremely convenient with the Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR, making it easy to get around London. The neighbourhood feels modern, safe and well-maintained, with minimal anti-social behaviour and regular bin collections. On the downside, parking is limited and expensive, waste management can improve and traffic noise can be noticeable at peak times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive and professional, addressing issues in a timely way, though on occasion follow-up communication could be improved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

On the positive side, I didn’t fully appreciate from the viewing just how strong the sense of community within the building is, thanks to resident events and shared spaces – it really adds to the experience of living here.

Good range of shops and transport links. From meat eaters to vegans there is something for you to eat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responds well, it’s just the third-party companies that are used which causes issues. All resident staff I’ve met are friendly and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Utility company seem to be overcharging. Even when leaving and turning everything off the bill either stays the same or even goes up.
