Always respond efficiently and within a very quick time period.

I didn’t realise until moving in how many amenities are available to residents

Really convenient transport links close to New Acres and a range of shops, restaurants and bars within close walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have generally responded promptly to any issues I have raised regarding my apartment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d love to have known more about the surrounding areas, as I wasn’t from the area and I’ve got to know a lot of great, local spots from living here!

Bruce in maintenance is excellent and reliable! He is always friendly and gets the job done the first tine around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take forever and need to be chased endlessly.

Clean, Active, safe and a vibrant place to live in a great neighborhood with very nice and helpful neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I reported the problems I faced in the apartment, it got it fixed in a timely manner, professional and clean.

All the information before moving in they were gave it to me in details from Jemma, a lovely and kind lady she was working at the reception about a year ago.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Gorgeous local area - very vibrant and fun near old York road and also close to the river. The only bad part is it’s directly next to a big roundabout but gorgeous areas so close

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - quick to respond but I think the portal could be updated
