Great area to live, feel very safe here and close to a great choice of restaurants in Clapham and Wandsworth as well as an easy train journey into central London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues to report yet in my apartment

Nothing I feel I needed to know more about, everyone has been great

-Friendly neighbors who look out for each other. -Accessible to parks, gardens, or nature reserves nearby for walking, jogging, or relaxing. -Clean and well-maintained public spaces. -Convenient bus routes, train stations, or cycling paths. -Easy access to nearby towns or city centers. -Downside is area is target for crime; high crime rates and generally unsafe area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance requests within the apartment are handled promptly and professionally, with clear communication throughout the process. Routine inspections are carried out regularly, ensuring that facilities such as elevators, fire alarms, and security systems remain in perfect working order.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Personally this does not affect me, but the other tenants in the main building having conflicting issues with gym access/ main building access and the like.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Throughly enjoyed the pumpkin 🎃 carving event at New Acres tonight. Very many thank you Abu for being such an amazing host and also to Brad who took care of us so well as always. Fabulous experience, thank you!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly unfortunately - solely due to the fact that my dishwasher has not worked for 6 months without any regard or consideration of the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that I would have to hand wash dishes by hand for 6 months +.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good area, plenty of shops and restaurants, close to the train station and not far to central London, short walk to Clapham Junction. Though no parking available and can hear traffic/trains slightly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is responsive to requests and they are often at concierge and able to speak

Tip for joining residents is to join the group chat which has lots of helpful advise and is quite entertaining too

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the wandsworth area. The little waitrose opening is amazing. Looking forward to more things like the pilates studio…. New Acres has a lovely atrium and lounge area! The public transport is ok, missing a tube station but the wandsworth town station is sufficient for central london! No complaints there. Lot’s of car thefts in the area sadly but the area feels safe. Minimal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ok. They have been responsive when asked every day but slow.

love the events going on. However we were promised shops and only 1 has opened in 3 years!
