Great location and amenities, teething issues with the new complex have been largely solved. The prices are high but it's worth it all in all

Fairly promptly, though an element of disorganisation in the early days

There is a £40 standard charge on the heating, though the warm flats mean you may not need it as often

Excellent location helpful staff lots of shops around and more opening on the complex i love living here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they do and have been great in assisting me they put together regular meetings to update residents

How great the location is and close to everything the swimming pool is amazing and the views across London

A very convenient location to live. As a young family you have shopping mall, grocery stores, parks and waterfront very close by. Range of good schools and childcare centres as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - promptly attended to and resolved. FOH is very helpful

Not related to the development - Wandsworth Town station has no lift or ramp access. A bit annoying for people with needs and families with prams

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my local area has its positives and negatives. On the good side, there’s a decent range of local shops and restaurants, including a few independent cafés and takeaways alongside the usual supermarkets, so everyday essentials are easy to find. Open spaces like nearby parks are well-kept and great for walks or exercise, which makes the area feel family-friendly. Transport links are fairly good, with buses running regularly and a train station not too far away, though delays and overcrowding at peak times can be an issue. On the downside, parking on the street can be tricky, especially in the evenings when most residents are home, and bin collections are sometimes inconsistent. Traffic noise can be noticeable during rush hours, and although it’s generally a safe area, there are the occasional issues with littering and minor anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to live, but not without its challenges.

The building management has usually responded quickly and professionally to reported issues, though larger repairs can sometimes take longer to resolve. Overall, they communicate well and make a genuine effort to keep residents updated.

Something I wish I had known before moving in is just how welcoming and friendly the community is. Neighbours are kind and supportive, and there’s a real sense of belonging. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well-kept the shared spaces are, which makes the development feel safe, clean, and enjoyable to live in.

Danny was extremely helpful throughout the process. Very understanding and always going above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after

Yes they have been responsive to any queries that we have

Maybe that there is a holding fee when trying to organize an apartment. Not a major issue though
