Great local shops, cafes, restaurants as well as services like doctors, dentist, physio, fitness studios, nail bars as well as transport links - all on the door step. A really convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues responded to immediately and resolved very quickly.

Great place to live. Really enjoy how easy it is to live here

Living in Wandsworth is fantastic with the amount of restaurants and bars in the area. Also train station is just here as well, with 15 mins roughly into Waterloo. There is works going at station so it can be noisy early on weekend and as we living in Aviator point, it’s right under us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had my wardrobe doors not working and Paulo Floriano put a fix request in for me and they came and fixed it within a week.

How late the trains run into the night as you can hear them.

It’s great, nice amenities at NA, all except the theft of bikes, broken into cars and security has been of concern

Paulo Floriano is absolutely fantastic and a real asset to New Acres Wandsworth. He is professional, prompt and always quick to find solutions when problems arise. He genuinely goes above and beyond to help wherever he can, and if something is outside his remit, he will always do his best to find someone who can help. What makes Paulo stand out even more is his warm, friendly and approachable nature. He is very well liked by everyone at New Acres and is truly appreciated by all of us. Thank you, Paulo, for everything you do. Your hard work, kindness and willingness to help never go unnoticed!

Avoid residence on the recycling side, there are lots of different layouts, find one that is suited to your individual needs

Wandsworth Town is a convenient and increasingly lively area, with a good mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and green spaces. New Acres itself has several independent businesses, including cafés, restaurants, a Waitrose and other useful services, while Southside Shopping Centre and Wandsworth High Street provide a wider range of shops and everyday amenities. There are also parks and riverside areas nearby, which are good for walking and relaxing. Transport links are one of the main advantages, with Wandsworth Town railway station very close by and regular trains towards Clapham Junction and Waterloo. There are also several bus routes connecting the area with Battersea, Putney, Clapham and other parts of London. The main downside is that there is no Underground station immediately nearby, so journeys requiring the Tube can sometimes be less convenient. The area around New Acres is generally modern and residential. Downside is the nearby waste and recycling facility, which can occasionally result in concerns around noise or odours. Overall, the area is well connected and has a good range of amenities, with ongoing improvements planned for Wandsworth Town Centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been responsive and professional when dealing with issues. Kamil and Francisco are approachable, listen to concerns and make a genuine effort to resolve problems quickly and keep residents updated throughout.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how much the community and communal spaces add to the overall experience. The development has a friendly atmosphere, and there are plenty of opportunities to meet neighbours and make use of the facilities. My advice would be to get involved early, explore the communal areas and don’t hesitate to speak to the building management team if you need anything—they are very approachable and helpful. One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the proximity of the recycling centre. Apart from this, the development itself is a great place to live, with great facilities, a friendly community and a very convenient location.

Living at New Acres has been an amazing experience. The community is welcoming, the amenities are excellent, and the team always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The events, atmosphere, and attention to detail truly make it a place where you can thrive, not just live. New Acres offers the perfect balance of modern living and community spirit. The facilities are well maintained, the staff are friendly and responsive, and there's always something happening to help residents connect. It's a fantastic place to call home. I absolutely love living at New Acres! From the beautifully designed spaces to the incredible resident experience, everything is thoughtfully curated. The team genuinely cares about residents, and the strong sense of community makes every day enjoyable. I couldn't recommend it enough. New Acres is more than just a place to live, it's a community. Great amenities, fantastic events, supportive staff, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home from day one.

I have never had any issue in particular but I’m sure they would respond to it quickly.
