Highly recommended, but to be honest, avoid choosing the railways view.

This development is a high class design, and the reason why I moved in is the design of the building, garden, flats and everything. It’s well designed in every possible way. And the reason why I extended my tenancy because of the amazing management team, they are very helpful and friendly. Security is 10/10

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I really like everything in this development, especially our amazing management. They did an amazing job during the Covid-19 crisis. I really enjoyed my two years and more here, i felt it’s home. The only thing i dont like is my apartment was close to the railways, and I couldn’t open the balcony. But overall. It’s an amazing development. Thanks to our managemen team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt imagine that being near to the railways would make any problem for me. But it did. Couldn’t open the balcony for fresh air.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Without any doubt, they fix every problems or issues i had. Thank you guys.

Excellent community to live in

The location of the community is excellent and it is easy to go everywhere. The living environment is very good. Residents can use the gym, meeting rooms, and screening halls for free. Property management is very friendly and always there to answer any questions.

3 mins to Sainsbury’s and a Chinese supermarket. 10 mins to Vauxhall station. Very convenient.
There are not many business districts around such as shopping malls.

The design of the buildings is very unique and modern. It almost doesn’t fit in with the traditional London vibe. The center courtyard/garden area is very nice to sit out and read a book, get some sun, or walk around to stretch your legs. The location to grocery stores is great. I just wish the location was closer to a high street or an area where there was more to do.

Like how modern the apartment is and that the kitchen has a wine fridge. The “comfort cooling” system is noisy… it sounds like water is running through pipes in the walls, and this is really annoying in the middle of the night

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was not a high street or an area with dining and shopping nearby

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The proximity to the train tracks, the comfort cooling system, having a separate dryer, and windows that opened further.

MyLo at Nine Elms Point is great. First rate build quality for worry free living. Well appointed units for furnished rentals. And common facilities (gym central space, etc) are very nice. Reception staff are fantastic. And deliveries are easy and secure.

MyLo’s property at Nine Elms Point provides ready access to the Vauxhall underground, overground and bus routes. It’s bike friendly and, although currently a lot of construction, still pedestrian friendly. Lacking easy access to a traditional high street but lots of riverfront restaurants and nearby grocers. In other words, easy access to everything you need but you’ll travel a stop or two in any direction to have a ‘local’ experience.

The amount of construction nearby is tremendous. Changing rapidly

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

A real locals feel high street with pubs and shops.

Brilliant facilities

I have not encountered any problems so far; i like the fact that there is a gym and communal area. The only problem is that the postcode takes you to the back of the building and that creates a problem for when I want to take an uber it does not come in the front

That the postcode is not correct and they give you the postcode for the other side of the market.
