Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I like the fact that nice parks are all walking distance. I like the local restaurants that are distinctive to this area, not like a shopping mall standard type. Also, the fact that the station is just a step away is a big plus. What I do not appreciate is the condition of the roads and trash on the streets. I hope the building management and the council can coordinate and cooperate to improve the surrounding public area conditions.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always very attentive, kind, and swift response! I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
What new developments around the property will look like. This is because now a new building is definitely going to block any view or sunshine.

The access to transport is excellant and there are a good number of bars and restaurants, plus great access to public parks. The downside to the location is that the surrounding area is a mess. The streets and pavements are poorly maintained and filthy, there are a lot of dodgy people in and around the complex, including some homeless sleeping on parts of the property.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In general, the responses have been prompt and dealt with in a good fashion. The area where the expectations have been low is the dificulties in having the cooling system functioning when you really need it - it always seems to breakdown during a heat wave, but they is more a function of the design of the system.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The complicated entrance system to the individual buildings in the complex - going up and down one of more lifts just to access the street.

We completely understand your concerns around access, the rubbish chute, and occasional issues with the lifts and cooling system. As with any residential building, faults can arise from time to time - sometimes due to wear and tear, age, or even how systems are used day to day. We’re actively working with FirstPort to stay on top of maintenance so that any issues are picked up and resolved as quickly as possible. It's a great area to get in and out of London. The tube station (Nine Elms) is directly below allowing for extreme convenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, as the development begins to age, it is natural there will be repairs needed. However the team (Kornelijus in particular) is prompt to respond and will stay on top of the issue until resolved. Could not be more pleased in this area.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The wind makes almost all terraces unusable for more of the year.

Nearby transport, local food shops, close to amenities and night life. Everything is pretty convenient, we never have any trouble with transport.

This building is really close to the tube station, I like that it takes less than 30minutes to get to anywhere in Central London. People are all friendly and kind here. Decent communal areas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management and the on site maintenance group is very responsive and promising. I would always receive reply from them. Maintenance team would also come and try to solve the issue at my flat before leaving. Reception team might need more trainings. Some always leave the access door to the lift lobby unlocked. Also, some were unwilling to take parcels at later time of the day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The physical condition of my flat. I was visiting a flat with similar layout on another floor. Not a list of recorded items were available before tenancy.
